Taking a look back over the last 50 years of corrupt BOD in public companies, and there are to many to mention. It worries me that these people go about their business after they have ruined people’s financial security, without fear that one day there may be one poor soul that they have tipped over the edge and feels that all is lost anyway. The fact that they are prepared to put their family and themselves at risk is remarkable, after all it only needs one. Sometimes PI’s are unfairly called gamblers, I think the greatest gamblers in life are people like PF.

All PI’s still holding and there are many need to listen carefully to this pod cast, we still have a very strong collective voice. Simons answer about shareholders, we still have to vote on the rescue, sorry, I mean alliance with Fosun. Collectively II’s and PI’s own 63% 43% II’s 20%PI’s. We need to pick up the phone to the trade press, tabloids, they would love the story, Pensions, savings all wiped out. There must be 20,000 plus PI’s. Hereshopin I got a pm on ADVFN from an investor who bought 200000 shares at 42p in November. I have not seen them post before. I think there are 1000’s of SH in a similar position as they confirmed to me they have instructed a law firm for advice. They feel strongly that the BOD should be challenged if only for the satisfaction of bad press and making their back door manipulation through Citi for the benefit of Fosun be seen for what it is??
