Paul, I’m seeing my local MP next week. There seems to be manipulation of the company’s income to develop an asset that would be safe after a collapse. The BOD will say they took this strategy on advise. It’s smells of corruption and the so called advisors will be taking huge fees paid on a weekly basis. PF will never be able to walk the streets of the U.K. and the Balearics again.

It has been confirmed by angry staff that the directors were more focused on chartering a private jet out of Majorca on Friday the 20th to bring back €6m out of the hotels, leaving local suppliers in debt and not paid since mid August. I hope the Spanish and English governments do their duty.
Whilst this act was illegal, it certainly shows the BOD knew where this was going in the next 24hrs. The weekend “ negotiations were all for show. No wonder Fankhauser has hired security!!

Good call on the hope of a news leek ref the value of the airline bids. There’s enough unpaid disgruntled staff to whistle blow the BOD who hopefully will get investigated through the Government Insolvency Service!!

Paulpuert, likewise I invested in May after the RNS and Fankhauser stating they had secured 300m support, subject to airline sale, which he confirmed they had multiple bids. I can see the media exposing market manipulation on this one.

Any thoughts on whether the brand still has value, if yes I would say the likes of Fosun and others will be talking to the liquidators. The profitable bits could be bought, but how transparent will the liquidators be. I have seen so many times before in these situations, the assets are sold even before the rest of us wake up!!

Davde, never a truer word. In all my years of investing, I have never seen such a can of worms being puppeteer by invisible forces. What chance does the PI have in making an informed view.

HK, as myself and a number of posters on this Bb have said before, this BOD are so out of their depth, but you can bet your house that they will all walk into another high profile role somewhere. We just seem to reward failure in this country with our regulators who seem inept at putting these people to the sword

Fankhauser, and his cronies need walking off the premises. The whole lot of them are way in over their head and spending millions on advisors . They even agreed to a 5 million walk away bond to Fosun if the deal collapses, unbelievable!!!

900m for the bondholders and Fosun to own 100% of the tour opps and the airline. Let’s see what they are going to offer the shareholders who own 30% of the PLC. Delist, they would have to offer the average share price over the last 26 weeks which I calculate at 11p or if dilution, it’s going to be lock away for many years to see if you can get to your entry price
