I noticed some of the documents are quite old Neil , if you look at the bottom of the page though it says part of the Novacyt group 2022. That’s what caught my attention .

I don’t recall ever hearing about this division of the Novacyt group .
Is anyone else aware if this division and if it is still functioning ?

Mr almond had had more than enough time to decide what format of tests are needed now and likely to be needed going forward after the ever hanging narrative from governments .
Testing numbers will be down and they have allowed for that but worldwide genomic sequencing for new variants will not be , including waste water treatment in cities and villages worldwide .

He will be hopefully making the R and D focus their time on profitable tests and testing apparatus and not wasting any more time on unrequired or unprofitable tests .

Remember co preps delay has been put back so I expect to see that launched in April and maybe a few other yet to be announced gems and forward looking plans for the company .

Home diagnostics , POC , home and veterinary testing will be big going forward .

Like karean I am also frustrated with the lack of information but Novacyt staff will not be sitting idly .

More patience required .

Something that would benefit us if the BOD pull their fingers out and start letting us know what’s going on !

A nice £10 million share buy back from NCYT is what I would do instead of sitting on it .

I believe the bottom floor has been reached in our recent share price and clearly biosynex do too so hopefully the only way is up from here .
How high and how soon is only up to whatever information is divulged to the market by the BOD.

Hi k, it was me alluding to something fishy going on with our new CEO and the lack of BOD’S seeming care of protecting the SP.
It’s only my opinion and could be nothing but let’s say James Wakefield has been approached by a “potential suitor “ for a merger/acquisition and to employ a CEO favourable to the “potential suitor “ who is to take the helm temporarily and almost invisibly to maintain a low level of interest and a low share price to allow them to top up on the cheap .
Could this not be a possibility ?

I am expecting biosynex to keep adding and will be very interested in how Novacyt react .

That last AGM was like a funeral . Nobody looked like they wanted to be there . Maybe there are greater powers (private equity ) behind the scenes pulling the strings .
DA could have Been put in place as CEO on orders from a potential suitor .
Interesting times ahead .
One thing for sure if we start seeing lots of SP increasing RNS including sales figures and contracts there is a good chance that Novacyt are against biosynexs stake building .
If they are complicit we know it is all just part of the plan .

The U.K. have made a mistake in relaxing testing rules .
You have to look outside the U.K. though and look to the rest of the world .
We are expanding into Asia and the US who are still spending billions on testing .

Maybe if they intend to work with us they are confident of orders and income from the collaboration they are simply backing their own horse .
A show of faith .

Novacyt should protect themselves from a low ball £7 offer and do a share buy back at these prices .
This would increase SP so would be a win win .

My views are they are after an OEM arrangement or some form of merger in regards to our Q machines or co prep technology and machine connectibility .
There have been may software dev roles advertised recently .

I think a lot of long term holders averaged up kaeren .
I did as I believed once part 2 of the DHSC kicked in the shares would be a lot more than £12 .
So even long termers may not be in as much profit as they were originally babe H.
