I'm not here to defend Karani and Moss, but they have others working for them to carry out the due diligence. I'm just as pi..ed off as you that this situation came about. What they should not have done is give the impression that a Nomad would be appointed because they wanted to retain the AIM listing, when that does not appear to be the case, or they were so naive to expect to be able to complete the deal in time with the Nomad in tow. That was very poor to say the least. All we can do now is wait and see and pray that something good does come about.

I have been in contact with Manish Karani and he advises that the holiday period slowed them down. Now everyone is back, there will be updates coming shortly. I always thought that it was asking too much to arrange a deal in the time that they had remaining after sorting out the situation they inherited. So all's not lost and whether there will be an RTO involving Primus Care plc or some other business, we can expect to hear soon.

Well we all knew that it was ridiculously cheap and due for a rebound. Always good to see it happen though. Hopefully, we should see the SP recover to at least to 44p in the next week or two, if not sooner, where the chart indicates resistance, being a previous support level.

News on planning permission being granted by North Lincolnshire for the development of the Wressle field in which UPL has a 10% interest should hopefully be with us on 11 January, when the planning committee meet, as planning officers recommend approval. Look at EOG and EDR, other participants. Their SPs are already rising - how about UPL doing likewise.

It is looking good isn't it. I look forward to possible acquisitions of interests in oil and gas fields in Morocco and Malaysia as well as further in the UK perhaps in 2017 in line with the Board's previously announced intentions. If they can acquire an interest in Morocco like that SOU has, it would probably do wonders to the SP. I am not expecting this in the near future, but it may well happen before the end of this new year. They will need fundraises no doubt for such acquisitions, but so long as they do not resort to heavily discounted placings, investors will be happy knowing that they will be required for long term success, which with this company's experienced Board and shareholdings in the company, looks like a sure fire certainty. Now is certainly the time to invest in the company at this early stage.

Thank you for that post earlier today. Did you get any insight as to whether they will continue due diligence on Primus or more likely use the time they have now until 1 June to look at other alternatives? At 0.25p bid price, the company has an mcap of £285K compared with its cash of c.£100K. At 0.50p offer price obviously double at £570K. I suppose that's what you would expect at this stage with the AIM listing gone and great doubt as to whether any deal will be eventually done. Would be interested to hear your thoughts.

Thanks for that rt. I own shares in one of the Wressle farm-in companies UPL and so good news to read. Will be interesting to see the reaction to the news for both companies' SPs.

I am not invested but am fascinated as to how a shell company with net assets of between £1m and £2m can have a current mcap of almost £16m. Have I missed something? I am not deramping I promise.

Pleased to see another good day of buys. We just need some more publicity for this share so that the volume is boosted and then we could see the SP motor.

Spot the deliberate mistake in my last posting! The SP fell by 0.06 not 0.6, although it felt like it! I note the rise in the SP today but there has been only one trade, a small purchase at 0.44. Don't the mms want pis to buy; I suppose more likely they may be encouraging pis to sell - who knows! As Kate Bush once sang, for those of you old enough to remember "It's a mystery".

Each shareholder is left with two choices - sell on the ISDX market or hold or for something to emerge from this. Not a lot more one can say now! I shall hold as fortunately I only have a relatively small sum invested as I bought at 1.09 in the last few days before suspension as a punt. I appreciate for others who invested when the SP was higher, it is not so easy a decision. GLA.
