A small sale has just gone through at 6.2p with the buy at 6.43p. So in reality, I don't think it is that wide.

Need the volume to make it stick. Come on pis where are you - your not forbidden to buy this fast growing company. Look at those last set of results for a start. Sorry for the terrible pun -:)

If SP can keep at or above current level, daily chart shows a break out from downtrend which started at 10.1p on 21 February, helped by 5 days of no change.

I do find it strange that JM is not a named director of DBC. Considering his involvement with the company, he is surely a 'shadow director'. I note that Peter Steggles who resigned on 27 March is 80 years of age. Well out of it Peter!

Totally agree with you on this Tillerman and whatisname is often quite right. IMHO JM and the Bod have not acted in the best interests of shareholders and therefore should be removed. Once they knew that DBC would not be ready, they should have looked for another RTO and I suspect they knew that 6 months ago!

At least the buy price has risen from 5p to 5.5p on only a few trades, which augurs well if pis can keep there hands off the sell button.

Because my patience is wearing thin at the moment. How much longer does it need to take - 6 months and we are still waiting. I won't sell because of the potential and I don't want to sell at a loss, but I can't hold forever. You would have thought with the experience of the Bod and their business advisors that something would have been arranged by now, but you know what happens - you sell and the next day, news of an investment is announced!

I'm sorry Tillerman, but I'm just as annoyed as anyone else at this fiasco. I was never impressed with DBC being a suitable investment and the way JM has treated and continues to treat LIFE shareholders with this pathetic announcement this morning shows that ultimately he only cares about himself and his pet projects. Look at the same way he and the Bod of Regent Pacific have treated their shareholders with contempt.

As I read the situation, rightly or wrongly,JM could not or decided not to raise the money yet to finance the RTO because DBC was not in sufficiently good financial shape or progressing well enough for potential investors to be interested and so more time is needed. Regent Pacific is going through a fund raising itself at present. I guess the Bod will be good to its word about seeking to relist on AIM, but who knows when!

With my last one FOR, they issued an RNS at 7 am on the day of the AIM listing being cancelled announcing the fact . So in this case tomorrow morning.

If you can buy at 5p or thereabouts, AND you are prepared to wait, I can't see how you can go wrong. It's the waiting game that's the annoying thing, isn't it, when you could have made profit elsewhere whilst you were waiting for something to happen. IMHO it's a matter of having a proportion of your portfolio in such stocks; what proportion has to be up to each investor, but it is being in such shares when they are at low valuations, that does give one the possibility of making large profits.

I can't believe how far the share price has fallen and how cheap this company now is with an mcap of just £39m. On 16 December, the Bod advised the market that the company was trading in line with market expectations. The SP then was 33p and here we are today at 23.875p, almost a third lower. The results for 2015 were not issued until 21 April 2016. So I suppose we have to suffer a further drop in the SP for another 2 weeks at least. If the SP does not recover after the results, our CEO and main shareholder might decide to take the company private as there is little point in having such a low valuation. I bought at 49p and so am 50% down. I suppose the answer is to buy again now and hope the SP reaches 36p to break even. I know it is my decision, but what do you think Shaxe, SMT and Hounddog? If you are still holders and sitting on even larger losses I sympathise in advance. Moan over.

I understand from my previous experience with TEN that the share listing will be cancelled pre-trading on 6 April and so we would appear to have until by the close of trade tomorrow. Love your comments, but extremely p..sed off by this apparent fiasco. I don't think AIM gives any extension time, unless you know otherwise.

Selling 700K shares this afternoon. Anybody selling now must be doing so at a loss. I suppose that £35K tied up in a company that has not managed one investment in its 6 month life on the LSE might do better elsewhere. I know it is not unusual for it to take many months for investing companies to find a business worth investing in and 6 months is quite normal from my experience with shell companies, so I'm holding - no point selling at a loss when the next day news could emerge leading to a probable doubling of one's investment at this SP. I hope though we don't have to wait another 6 months! That would be taking the .........

Werberone - have a look at PRS's bb which is being used by GWIK holders. I have not posted as just waiting like your goodself. The PLC i3 Energy has now been incorporated but still don't know what the timetable is for the IPO.
