Excellent afternoon's trading with �82.95K of buys started off with the �31.3K at 2.40. Four trades show as sells, but IMHO they are buys as they fit in with the trades either side. With the SP having bottomed at 300p twice, reasonable chance now that SP will not go lower and will continue to rise.

When searching on google for the Civilised Bank, in which Forbes has an interest, I find that Gravity Investments Ltd is stated to be its parent company. No wonder Forbes acquired shares. Likewise, the investment in the K & C REIT was acquired from Gravity. Therefore, nothing has been acquired which does not, or did not, have a connection with Chris Bateman's company. I assume that is now going to change if PM and MK decide to use Forbes for some new acquisitions.

It is now looking for working capital. Peter Moss is chairman and Manish Karani remains as a director. It will be very interesting to see the audited accounts to see the going concern qualification, because if the company is to continue trading, it will have to give a reason for the accounts to being prepared on a going concern basis. Now that Gravity own less than 50%, the Bod may look for someone to acquire Gravity's remaining interest and in doing so injecting capital into the company. That would be my hope, that injection perhaps leading to the company even doing an RTO.

Signs of downtrend break with SP consolidating at 300 - 310 and with Stoch RSI turned up from low with increased volume. Watch for break above 320p to confirm. So much to look forward to with expected regular updates of increasing turnover and new sales outlets. Ireland to be expanded from Boots to other retailers and European, U.S., Far East, Australia and New Zealand increased distribution being targetted as part of route to growth.

Mike - have you been in for a while then? No idea what kicked in the rise last week, but some were saying that there were people aware that news is imminent. Whether that's the case or not, we'll see. But as you know patience is the key to making big gains.

That would be good. Mcap only £1.35m means that this is still great opportunity for a multi-bagger on news.

Thanks Yamin - we have breakout now on 1 hour chart, but not on 30 minute and below yet, but if the SP can get up to say 320p with continued volume, IMHO the downtrend will have been broken.

Looks like 300p may prove to be a support although too early to be sure, but good value IMHO at this level.
