Probably because it was an option back then. Presumably now after the fund raise it is off the table. If it was still being considerd I am sure that the directors would not have bought shares.

The results are out. No surprises there. Roger has had his weekly hissy fit. Slacker and his crew are out in force even centring on the boilerplate going concern statement common to so many AIM companies. All this comes as no surprise to anyone.

The key day is Monday when the MD goes through the numbers. We today have had the skeleton. Monday will put the flesh on the bones. I hope that there is good news then about the roll outs of both products. Lets have some details of the international sales. Where else in the UK is interest being shown in the hearing test? The results gave us a picture of the company at the end of June 2024 . What do us shareholders have to look forward to between now and June 2025? Hopefully we will know after Monday.

Sorry Roger. You talk a lot of sense but I think you are wrong when you say that the results will shift the SP. You then go and predict the sales for the year and most people would agree with your prediction.

What will shift the SP is any announcement (or lack of) of future direction. The presentation which will accompany the results is going to be the key shift indicator. In some ways I am surprised that the presentation isn't until Monday afternoon- over 72 hours after the numbers are announced. Perhaps something is scheduled to happen on 1 December so delaying until 2nd will ensure that the event has happened. Who knows?

The BBC have also been cobeting this story in their news bulletins. Its difficult not to believe that GDR cannibenefit from this emphasis on Genetics.

Perhaps they had family events to pay for. Weddings, house deposits, holiday homes etc etc.

can someone please explain why being "filtered" is considered to be a threat? bearded dragon got ****y with me today when i asked this question and the forum nutter keeps on threatening people with being filtered (look at his comments on the advfn yu chat where he filters nearly everyone ).

so what if disco, bd or anyone else doesn't want to read my comments. it is no skin off my nose. anyone who filters someone solely because thry don't like their comments must be fairly unsure of their own opinions. they cannot tolerate a different point of view. filtering someone (or at least threatening to filter) indicates a childish insecurity and the filterers imo deserve contempt.

It was a trading update. Not a set of results. Why expect dividends or buyback information in an update in trading?
