Del - thanks for the link. When I went to the suggested link in the RNS I couldn't see any questions / answers but I guess they may have been removed by now ?? I can't recall any answers being given prior to the AGM though.

I did find an online guide on how to access the upcoming AGM and there's a section in there about how to submit questions prior to the meeting : https://www.eurasiamining.co.uk/investors/circulars-notices

Hopefully there will be some searching questions this year and we don't get more technical glitches. Cheers

Del - I remember the technical issues as they affected me during the meeting and many questions went unanswered. I don’t recall them answering questions prior to the meeting. We could register the questions online but they weren’t answered until the AGM. My vote has been put through HL and I’ve received a reply to say they’ve received my instructions. Have a good evening. Del - you’re correct in that we do get 1 chance per year to ask them questions (at the AGM) but your original post stated prior to voting. You’ll need to register your votes prior to the AGM so highly unlikely they’ll answer any sale related questions before then. In answer to your question, yes I’m happy with what we’ve been told.

Del - I know what everyone else here knows - the asset sale is still the focus of the BOD and we will be updated when appropriate. No amount of whinging is going to change that so why stress about it. There are reasons the market is not convinced and I don't think I need to highlight the obvious. I'm as disappointed as everyone else at the current SP but I believe all will come good in time.

Del - I believe we just had a generic update on the sale via RNS - why do you need more than that ? Agree about the resources and reserves though.

Del - I wouldn't have thought they'd answer the questions if they are deemed to be covered by any NDA's they have in place. Why would you vote no if they are unable to divulge what you want due to NDA's ?

Can't see it happening here but I was involved with a company that shareholders were rightly annoyed with and voted down some resolutions. The resulting carnage ended with them delisting and folding, with shareholders losing the lot.

The phrase "cutting off your nose to spite your face" springs to mind. As someone else stated - be careful what you wish for.

I'll be voting for all resolutions as the board have a far better idea than anyone posting here of what's going on and what needs to be done to get this sale done. Wouldn't be happy with the issue of more shares but I guess that if it needs to be done then so be it. Don't forget the biggest losers with any dilution would be the BOD and Dmitri so can't imagine they would do that without a valid reason.

JamesB1 - I emailed the company yesterday to ask that very question but haven't had a reply yet. I'll post it here if I get one.

That was me Pompal and the same still stands. It’s a poor show but me may still get a 7am RNS on Monday so ….. are we there yet. Some on here really should not be investing in AIM.

Time frames extended slightly but overall very happy with that AGM and some very positive vibes coming from AS.

I think VS should have added more to that tweet. Maybe should have stated that Hemogenyx could potentially have a product that could change that in the future.

Totally agree Del. I only have a handful of people on here that are not in the green bin. It’s easy to know who the troublemakers are and I have no interest in hearing anything they have to say. I’m all for constructive criticism but that is not what most of the numpties bang on about. Good luck to all the genuine holders like yourself.
