Data - it’s was a 3 billion valuation not sale. Sale would be a lot less after deductions.

Valuation may not change but the 50% haircut might so = us getting more. If the sale isn’t imminent I’d like to see us go mining.

I agree that we should already have an agreed price but due to the war / sanctions we may not get to see full value. I’m not saying it’s their intention but it may be a reason why it’s taking so long. There will be many hurdles to clear and NDA’s are also a huge factor imo.

Waiting to sell the concentrate has worked out well and the recent successful tax case was the reason for the wait. I believe they should now be able to sell - unless it’s part of the NDA with the potential buyer(s).

Personally I would rather wait to realise true value for our assets rather than sell at a massive discount because some PI’s can’t / won’t wait. If that takes 1 or 2 years then so be it.

Do some research on the husband and wife Del and stop asking others to give you reasons why we think it’s a bad idea. I don’t rely on the TG group for my information and telling people they’re talking rubbish before fact checking is probably not the best idea you’ve ever had.

Saw the red dot this morning and took a quick check to see if it was the one we were all expecting. After reading it I deliberately left the board for the day as I knew we would be infested by a load of numpties. Scrolling back through the posts, I can see that I was correct -

Very happy with the update but disappointed that we didn’t manage to maintain the early surge. Was hoping to finish the day at around 5p but I’m sure we’ll pass that point within the next week or so. Good luck to all lth.

They’re hardly flavour of the month in Russia so may not got down well when we’re trying to sell our Russian assets. Hopefully we’ll get a sale update before Queeld get their hands on their shares.

Datta - don't know why the're pi..ed off - they lost the certificates not us. They then had the cheek to blame the company - dodgy as feck.

We've repeatedly been told that they can't tell us anymore so no point in continually moaning and stewing on it. Sit tight and wait for the next RNS. Hopefully we'll get an update on a few things - if allowed.

If Queeld have half a chance they will 100% try to tuck us PI's up.

Nobody on these boards knows what the NDA's cover and new ones were signed last year - as per AGM.

Yes that was it I think. I'm guessing this is why BoB is nervous in anything involving Queeld. Personally, I hope the sale process is wrapped up before they get their share certificates.

Del - I think Queeld have previous history with the Russian government and I don't think it was in a good way. Can't remember the exact details though.
