Only issue would be how sticky the II were. Seen it to often that these II's are given the opportunity then proceed to trade the hell out them for a very easy profit. A licensing deal is definitely the best option.

Tesla stock underwent a total of 2 stock splits. The most recent stock split occurred on August 25th, 2022. One TSLA share bought prior to August 31st, 2020 would equal to 15 TSLA shares today.

Perhaps they’re currently unable to buy due to restrictions - ie Russian investors. Also, who’s to say they’re not buying. Remember that at the moment the price can go down so buying now doesn’t guarantee a profit but waiting until the sp goes above 26p guarantees a profit.

To me the extension of the warrants is a good thing as the owner would have requested the extension. This would imply that they expect the price to exceed 26p at some point - good news for us all.
