Dan, It's the cash and small share capital and the coming news which is attractive here at the moment. At 15.9 share capital and 85 after placing next month, this could move fast if traders decides to move in. Look at WRN mcap of nearly £6mil on no cash/nothing special so let's see what MMs got in their mind. I have feeling they will raise the Sp pretty high, get traders in to sell small holdings of that 70ml placing. So best to get in around this price I thnk, Dyor Gl all

The mcap was £19million six months ago so I guess it will depend on the investors/market whether they think Mpow is more secure now and has a good future. Even mcap at £10mil will place the Sp around 11p-12p so you never know, Dyor Gl all

BODs need to let the investors know why the placing was done at huge discount? Was it because the largest longterm shareholders demanded some return on their investment, i.e. to bring their average down? Dyor Gl all

Think some of these guys must have been selling now at 40% premium to buy it back at 5p. These guys make money either way, it's the PIs that suffers. Dyor Gl all
