good comment there raxfactor. But I think it's great that atleast BODs are showing that they are concerned about the dilution and have only done 10% placing and only taken money they need for next 12 months!, Also maybe, this gives some cheap shares to their sophisticated investors who may want to make 1000% gains in short term before the permit news comes out. Tomco Energy used to rise 50% on just 5-6million of trade volumes, we have traded nearly 55million today but Sp is down over 45% in last 3 days on small placing of just 10% share capital! Doesn't make sense, think Market is over reacting due to general negative sentiment in the market today. BODs have timed this placing wron, if they had done this few days earlier, The Sp wouldn't have fallen more then 15%, keep faith dyor , gl all
