Davey is going of the definition, but what you're saying is what Gab said. He explicitly says 1:1 and he also says the value for StemprintER hasnt been included (the latter i am not 100% sure on but im pretty sure).

However, in simple to understand terms, i would be absolutely shocked that when the RNS drops with a deadline to split Stem the SP doesnt rocket up. And if it didnt I myself would take it as a concern, because i am convinced Tils would see a drop in SP as soon as the split is done, and Stem in newco would see a rise on day 1.

Long term Tils might recover, but for people who are looking to be in this for a year, or less, the biggest indicator would be the SP when the split is announced.

I think overall market sentiment did that, people were expecting a blood bath this morning.

Its a no win situation,

If he talks covid all day long, people will say Alastair, you took 35m of us this week, where is my money gone?

I think he had to talk about whats in the RNS, which is to brief about the placing, and where the money has gone, in that order.

Yes i do believe they will, if there was an election in 3 months Boris is toast, no question. Even if there was an election at the end of the year he would still be toast.

I genuinely believe that the perfect test doesnt exist atm, Everybody is trying, raw materials are hard to find, pharmas are working flat out because more than us they know its their pay day. Off the back of covid they can fund their 'day jobs' for the next 5 years. Look at AVCT, they raised 48m in a placing and used 35 of that for the day job.

For now all focus is on testing, the only issue is shareholders being impatient and thats causing volatility in the SP. Even after a vaccine they'll still tests. They cant guarantee it wont come back in the winter, they wont know if immunity last after having antibodies.

Also i can see that gov will stockpile tests for the winter for when / if wave two comes. It would be unbelievable if they didnt stockpile everything given what we have just gone through. Even if it means they need to bin it if we dont use it.

Just a FYI, all PPE and medical consumables have use by dates. Bear that in mind, so its not a case of they lose money on unused tests, they already lose money on all PPE and other bits n bobs.

That is one thing you absolutely should not be worried about.

Simply put, if someone offered the gov all the right tests, at good prices and accurate, with ways to efficiently test as quick as possible they'll snap your hand off.

The UK has the worst death rate in the world, the gov has effed up at every hurdle. PPE, carehomes, NHS, BAME, Schools, lockdown. Loans. Ministers, Cummings.

To open the economy they need a robust testing program.

The ones at greatest risk in india dont earn £8 a day. Feeding your family or getting a test especially when the country has a lockdown in place. When gov inspectors try and go into covid hotspot areas they are attached and pelted with rocks.

google india lockdown, they have zones where some areas have less restrictions over others. Look at the migrant labour workforce crisis there, the stupid government suddenly imposed lockdown with 4 hours notice and millions of migrant labour lost their jobs with no food and no money to get back home. Their official stats on covid are fake, the media is in hand with the government, the government lies and the media peddle it.

India is far from a done deal. Just saying.

P.S People were intending to walk 200+ miles to get to their villages. The government didnt help them. India is good for the rich, and it stops after that.

India is huge, but having lived in India and know the country very well, things are dirt cheap there. The governments and local govs are corrupt to the bone. They wont pay premium for good tests. They will happily accept a standard test for cheap.

For anyone doubting, just look at how much the average person earns there.
