When the SP is up and we have round buys it’s positive.
When it’s on a downward trend or down on the day it doesn’t mean anything. Infact what it does mean is more people sold than bought. Which isn’t good. There is no evidence to say it was PI’s or small traders who sold to fill that order. I also read somewhere that MM can disguise buys and how they appear.

Large buys don’t lift the SP, collective buys do.

Any bit of positivity is being sold into. The 80p placing is here to stay for longer than we hoped.

We need some sustained good news to allow these people out whilst maintaining the SP. In the short term this will just eat away weekly 5-10% until it become unviable to sell. Some solid news via RNS would outweigh sellers, thus we move up.

yes, especially after everyone ran from AVCT yday and from here post Sky interview. Rainbow chasers is precisely what you dont want today. Otherwise we are looking at a significant drop. We were up yesterday and what was worrying was there was a mass exodus in AVCT and some went to ODX and some here. ODX is up today and we are slightly down.

my preference is sell and we get a divi and i expect tils to fall in value as a result of selling but what we get is higher than the fall.

Totally agreed, but i get after reading Davey's point how unclear this all is, and im sure that puts people off.
If the SP drifted a further 20% (hypothetically) and we split, even with a day 1 bounce in Newco, its not guaranteed quids in because everyone has different averages. And nobody knows the value of Tils in retrospect post split.

Long term holders wont have an issue with that because itll all pan out.

My hunch is there is a few more RNS updates to come with Miciclib and a partnership for Phase IIb next with a big pharma. That was something mentioned by the CEO Shailubhai in a Proactive investor meeting.

Its all speculation atm. Hope it works out.

agreed, with bill being Microsoft man, it ties in with what i said, the tests will have to be subsidized. If we want to get big in India, I have zero doubts in my mind about that.

And just to throw some politics in there, the West are counting on India today in ways that nobody would imagine. They are the next pivot from China, they have the IT industry there which is HUGE. They support critical IT infrastructure there. The western powers will have to bail India out and I think they will.

I think this is where the hesitancy comes from, this in our heads is a no brainer, but on paper and from TILS its as clear as mud.

For example if they just split the holdings, SP doesnt go up either and we end up owning 35 newco, 65 tils, and tills also drops 25% on day 1, its not really money in the bank. And if i my question or assumption is wrong, then i bet others are also thinking this. Cancoon i think also raised the same point.

I would be just interested in seeing that the test is working as expected, it being accurate, would meet all or most country requirements and would be content with that.

I think the india link is great, but its not what i worry about. First and foremost its the test. If you put yourself up there with the best, or become the best, such is the demand, the business will come. You will have to fight people off because you cant produce enough.

India would work, but as i have said previously, just because the country is huge doesnt mean that we go to india to sell billions of tests. Or even millions.

I can see the gov forcing these tech giants and large multi corps to subsidies tests who have employers there, it really is a critical juncture. The government cannot afford testing on a national scale, i just wanted to make that clear.
