You are right,they are locked out that's the reason they are not exercising and also in last warrant Rns they have mention that it has not been exercised by Directors or Advisors

I think we will get 'Exercise of warrants' Rns first in few days as couple of warrants are expiring in May'20. One warrants is for directors which is I am not sure they will get chance to exercise

Just spoke to the company and ask him regarding the resignation of Nomad and Board people , he told me to ignore the rumours and they are working hard in the background and will update the shareholders sooner than later.Looking everything positive

But we don't have any CEO in EUA, only we have is director and non executive directors.So how come CEO will resign
