Slacking by the work force is not unknown. Even a touch of ****ing stuff up to get breaks Or overtime is not unknown and is something I have come across. On site management needs to be experienced, know the tricks, know the language ( A Brazilian Portuguese speaker will usually speak good Spanish), know mining processing and having someone heavily invested on site and relatively local brings strong operational management. The fact they were brought in makes me think that there is an issue perhaps at the lower status workers. Then there is the issue of claiming against machine installers etc, I have known building defect issues go for years, machinery defects you fo well if they replace parts in a timely manner ( on that point it’s a success to get things fixed during and following the Covid crisis) . So yes bad numbers at the moment, but I think you will find most mines have trouble and Failures whilst coming up to full production. Yes I am unhappy with the SP, unhappy the grant has not appeared yet, unhappy at machinery breakdown after it was designed for the ore ( was the mill the a French bit?), unhappy at the Low production of tungsten and delays, but all of these things are being addressed. Now let’s get out of this Covid thing, prices of tungsten will improve, given corrective measures production should improve and if that gold trial mine licence drops on the doorstep we could sell that as a Brucie bonus Or joint venture that would help SP. just my views of course.
