I use the concentrate capsules (opti tumeric) from Healthspan. It gives a higher dose of the active ingredient. I cut the capsule open and squeeze it out into porridge made with coconut milk and a big lump of coconut oil. Tumeric needs to be cooked with an oil to maximise its effects. So coconut oil being very healthy provides that medium to be heated with. You can then stick fruit in the porridge once cooked. I had a few strawberries and nuts in mine this morning. I need this to help me stay laughing when I keep seeing mr. 3 mills. Blimey that will all have to be paid for at some point, at the moment it’s allowing bargain buyers.

Kaiser. Don’t worry you will get to Disney with your daughter. If you go to Florida you might get the offer of a trip down to The Keys to swim with the dolphins. I took that trip once I was there (which at that time took me down to zero in the bank account) , absolutely no regrets. My daughter is now 30 and what a pain she is to me, but I look at the photos of her with the dolphins ( she was 10 then) and so I forgive her ( again). Kaiser, go take your daughter and enjoy. Cap61. I think you are also picking up on that MM had a fair idea of what was in the mine at laparilla ( also probably the others too) because of previous involvement. A lot of this would not have been assayed and so was not s matter of fact at that time. However, having seen photos of la Parilla and spoken to Kev (K3) it is clear that the asssys would prove up the resource ( now the case). So all in all as I have looong asserted them that knows, know and knew what they know. It now appears black rock, extra Medusa govt, metso et al all know this too. We on here know it. It’s just that the market does not yet, or may do and games are being played outside of what is going to be a very profitable mine inmho. This is all, of course, my opinion, but i normally only do blue chip stuff and it is where I have put my money. Market games, Hansoutce etc is all red herring to what is really happening.

Why would large share holders necessarily be a board member solely based on holding? There are others I understand that have considerable holdings ( equal to or more than Hansource) and are not board members. I might be wrong, but I thought it was a case of Hansource bought a large chunk at a low price at A placing. They have failed to complete the correct filing and need to get their registration in order.

Children: We are all a bit “ how many sleeps until Christmas”. The last set of facts was the RNS on 27th June. Which updated us on construction of plant and machinery. ( and rather good it was too). That was only 4 weeks ago, it is July which is a slow month for action in Spain, and initial stages on installations are never dramatic with visually demonstrable progress. Those here for a quick few days trade and profit would have been dissapointed so far ( mind you that could change suddenly), but long term this is crackerjack in the opinions of most of us here.
