29th July 2020 - Mine permit granted.
3d August 2020 - Mine reclamation permit granted.
8th March 2021 Termination of protracted talks with potential customer ended.

So we have now had the mine licence for nearly two and a half years and I am not aware of any further information relating to talks with other potential customers in the last 10 months.

Lets be clear - Patrick knew this market and if there was a real demand as we were told there was, then customers should have been lined up waiting on the mine approval. How can we possibly have gone nearly two and a half years without even one firm order / deal ? Is this BOD pro-active in trying to sell the products, or are they sitting on their hands hoping for them to knock on the door - I see nothing to suggest a proactive approach and everything to suggest that not enough is being done to find customers and close deals.

What about the pi's who were asked to invest a total of £1m on the 24th of August 2020 at a price of 0.28p, which at that time caused the sp plummet as it had just previously touched nearly 0.4p. So nearly two and a half years later, their investment has lost circa 68%. Somebody tell me - JUST WHO is going to do a deal against this background - This BOD need to go if we have any chance of survival and doing a shareholder value enhancing deal. AIMVHO

RNS',s cost money as you well know. Are yiu trying to tell me that you have never seen an RNS as an addendum referring to progress on other projects or activities ?

It is clear Patrick will suck in whoever he manages to blag that this company is going anywhere - just look at his track record - it is abysmal - just what has he ever found and truly enhanced the value of - he only know dilution, placings, manyana, potential customers, potential investors, potential financiers, potential potential - time has proven - he just can't deliver deals - simple as - HE IS A DREAMER SURVIVING ON CHEAP GIVE AWAY LIFE SUPPORT MONEY.
