Even if we end up with only a miserley mkt cap of £1 billion (which I expect it to go far higher) this would bag over 41 times.

Do the maths yourselves. Even taking into account the bond holders potentially owning almost half the company, the size of this find when finally proven up will be phenominal. And we are only talking 2-5 years max to get there.
