Have a connection with our potential JV partner ? This all seems very convenient to me ! Mullholland seems to have been keen to get his 'going concern' e-mail out to the market, but also seemingly very reluctant to issue any good news or even do a podcast to try and repair some of the damage he has done here. The sp simply collapsed because of his RNS - and all this after his infamous 'I could have fallen off my chair' comment about the size of the discovery. I just do not trust the way this is being handled. As soon as a small oiler shows immense potential, it just seems as if the money boys move in and steal a large part of the shareholders potential gains.

It would not surprise me in the slightest if we are in for another down beat RNS to drag us back down and let more bondholders in for the feast.

Overall a disgusting show from the company - just who are they working for here ? It does not look like it is their long suffering shareholders !!!!!

If confirmed, reserves at 1bn barrels + carbon capture - equates to circa only $1 a barrel and nil for carbon capture. Where does your zero start at pananabob ?

As soon as a small company potentially hit the jackpot, the jackals move in to disrupt and push out pi's to in effect steal their profit before it is realised. I seem to remember this with another oiler in my portfolio 3 or 4 years ago. The sp plunged and scared a lot of people out - then the sp went ballistic in the space of a few days.

Gla - as pi's we can only let the crooks play out their game and see what is left. I certainly will not be waiting on the FCA helping out or intervening !!!
