There has been 5+ years to plan for this and PC clearly knew the licencing aporoval was imminent.

Not one offtake agreement, no word on finance, no detailed time plan. Yes, some customers may require larger samples for ceetain uses, but SURELY, yes SURELY there was a finance plan in place ready to go. Oh. wait a minute - this is PC we are talking about - the king of cheap.dilutive placings - he is a one trick pony with poor negotiating skills IMVHO. And this is exactly why this didn't re-rate as it should have done !!

I have zero faith in that man to deliver. We have the licence now - the cards are in our hands - for gods sake play them man !!!

Simple maths Twiggysparks - if you had £50m to spend and could recoup all of that with 5 years, and then have a free run of £10m a year profit thereafter, would you consider that a good return on investment :) With a good FD and a smart Marketing Exec, this could now really take off.
