Yes, quite often when it suits them ! Believe you me they would have been shown right away if the mm's were trying to increase the price to flog off stock. As it is, they appear to want people think there is no demand, and so entice the weak to sell. AIMVHO

bought 2 x 2.5m trades this morning at 0.2853p - strange that ;) still not appeared !

The current markwt cap is simply ridiculously low with the underlying fundamentals of ACP - proven !!! This company with funding and a licence is worth £100m all day long. We should be at least doubke the current sp even at this stage.
