If you would like to ask our webinar guest speakers from Blue Whale Growth Fund, Taseko Mines, Kavango Resources and CQS Natural Resources fund a question please submit them here.
I’m with TDT on this one. If anything had changed the company would have released a RNS, negotiations with final binding offers are progressing. All the fundamentals for the business are improving and the minerals aren’t leaching into the soil so what has changed. Nothing. Still a good thing as far as I can tell, happy to hold.
Peking; But you are still invested and no doubt will stay with ATM despite your view on AV which I think is slightly different than the majority.
A take over would be a great shame for all those that have longstanding interests imo; but everything has a price
Am I the only one here that thinks if they could tell us something about the situation that they would?
The saying marry in haste and repent at leisure is probably true and if AV and the team are negotiating the prenup so we don’t get shafted down the road I’m a happier man.
Stan achy; clearly you know more than the recent investors, banks and brokers who have said.
We note that even in a scenario attributing zero value to the Phase 2 scale up, we would arrive at a SOTP of 16 GBp per share, ~2x the current share price.
DFTS; Art hasn’t done any research, clearly looked at today’s runs and thought it’s a high MC for a new discovery; hasn’t realized that that’s the 2nd license and the 1st is already cash generative and expanding rapidly. If he does decide to look into this share he will probably decide that we look far too cheap.
Love that the promo poster says “Africa’s next biggest Lithium and Tin mine.

a new hannam note out explains how the royalty works very nicely, still got a 33p target and clearly think the 7.8% holding that orion is a terrific endorsement
No news is good news:
I imagine that AV who is usually very active on social media networks is busy building relationships and doing due diligence on potential partnerships; I do understand that the silence unsettles some people but those that have done their research won’t be fazed by the quiet nature of this. GLA

Note to self: post the link…
Global tin supplies will likely face problems from August 2023 as Myanmar’s Wa region, which contributes 10 per cent to world’s supplies of the metal’s concentrate, has decided to suspend mining operations “until mature mining conditions are in place”
Doesn’t say exactly when in August but that’s an awful lot of material that will not be supplied to a established demand.
I,ve just had chance to read the Hannam note issued today, all great stuff and I can’t see why the reaction to the RNS was so negative, newbie’s or weak hands that haven’t grasped the value of the project here,. I,ll post the link to the note, well worth reading.

Shadowless, in the AV comment on the jorc compliance he demonstrated a real knowledge of the ground and drilling techniques, to get good core in a weak matrix a large diameter core barrel is needed, large diameter core barrels require large rigs that are harder and more expensive to operate and mobilise. He knows his stuff and knows what he has in the ground because of the bulk samples and combined with the decent core that they have, proper miner. To prove it they have mined the stuff and sure enough is proven right, he’s a bit old school and I like that. Happy to hold and if the opportunity arises I may be having a few more.
TT, I still hold masses of SLP, I’ve had them forever and they still serve me well. Can’t believe that they are getting bashed on the BBs. Basically I’m confident in both but I am over exposed to the region as a whole.
I will start looking for the next big thing but need to diversify into medical or fuel cells. I’m a longer term investor so like getting in early and holding until I find something that hasn’t already been exposed.
Investment account 48.24%
ISA an insane 88.26%
Started buying at 2.55p so the change in SP has made a large impact on portfolio %. My trouble is that I always reason why would I put money into my 2nd or 3rd fav stock and then buy a few more.
