737 has edge over at least 1 other in that it is available via the oral route.

No reasons why this cannot be progressed into being fast tracked in some form or another.

The over drop in SP l have taken as an opportunity to add considerably.

Approx average cost per patient around 40k.

Phase 2a may only need utilise 10 to 40 patients but will provide proof of concept.

Phase 2 in its entirety and you will be looking at well over a hundred possibly 300 patients.

If we take 25 as an example that would equate to 1 million pound,

Should we take 200 that would equate to 8 million.

There will also be added fees of Clinical trial organisations, expenses and z myriad of other fees at the very least likely to total 1 million on its own.

As Damion says the likelihood we will either be in a partnership or on licence.

Ideally we enter into 2a and then trial size can then be increased.

Whether they wish to carry out in Oz or here l have no idea there are advantages on both sides.

Afternoon Potnak, l for one do not think.it is a good thing to have to keep the tax man happy.

Fortunately the threshold has been raised for 24 25 tax year whereby need to complete tax assessment form. However the tax paid is still horrendous along with NI contributions.

Slightly akin to Tim.saying they were having diffuculty reaching an MTD ( they never reached it) Look at the problems that arise later on.

Tax man wants to know in and outs of everything.

The only thing similar in complexity is renewing SC clearance, 38 pages to complete of which all can be checked out if they fo wish.

New Tax year starts soon so lots of bed and ISA transaction l reckon.

Alliance News) - S-Ventures PLC on Friday agreed to sell its operating subsidiaries to RiverFort Global Opportunities PLC, in a deal which gives the former access to the AIM market, and the latter a chance to stem a "weak share price performance".

RiverFort will acquire the assets and liabilities of S-Ventures in a deal valued at GBP3.5 million. RiverFort will issue shares to S-Ventures in exchange and the deal will constitute a reverse takeover. RiverFort shares were suspended as a result.

Riverfort have had suspension since 22nd March.
