Agree Steven... The markets are rubbish at the moment so probably won't see that rise anytime soon.... But as soon as things calm down a bit, this will come alive

I agree this is a great share and that's why I topped up. Forgive my ignorance but I thought trades (e.g buys and sells) impacted the price? If all the trades are buys, why is it dropping?

I prefer this to Amer at the mo although both have exciting news over the next few months... What do you prefer??

Steve, most were sells. All under 4.8 were all sells... Still very small volumes so hopefully when we start getting regular news flow and things start getting exciting - it won't take many trades to push it up. Just have to sit tight during this boring period.

The company which raised £750,000 from the market last December today reports the conversion of £17,896 worth of fees owed into new ordinary shares at a price of 5.67p/s. • We know times are tough for iron ore projects / miners and this would normally ring a few alarm bells but the payment of fees with stock is a growing trend and a process which demonstrates the value of being a listed company. The company also converted directors fees into equity back in June. • The good part is that Ironveld are making progress with the planning and potential development of their planned 15MW High Purity Iron (HPI) smelter. • The smelter is for the production of HPI (99.5% iron content) which sells for a premium over the normal 63% iron ore prices with Vanadium and Titanium **** by-products. • The project DFS is looking at the production of 42,000t of HPI, 415 tons of vanadium and 8,269 tons of titanium. • Management are looking at combining offtake agreements with debt and BEE funding with debt funders running some form of due dilligence. • The team are evaluating draft construction contracts for the smelter and need to obtain quotes for contract mining. • Iron ore mining rights are in the process of being transferred to Ironveld from HACRA (Sylvania Platinum) and Pan Palladium through the South African DNR following approval of the company’s EIA. • The company received approval from the South African DTI for SAR13.3m for a a cost sharing grant for 30% of the infrastructure related to the company’s planned 15MW smelter back in February. The funds will be used for engineering and design work for the project and for additional working capital. • The smelter is planning to start commercial production of High Purity Iron (HPI) with Vanadium and Titanium **** by-products.

Much better day today. All the trades over 4.95 were buys. I blame Bulp for clarifying yesterday lol. I think a lot of people were wondering about the question I had yesterday.... Patience will pay. Mr Clark and Dr Cox are both respectable leaders and I'm sure they have it all under control. GLA and have a fab weekend.

What happens if they miss it? What does it actually mean? Wish I'd worked that out before topping up - could have reduced my risk here instead of increasing my stake/risk

Actually we've gone past 120 days now

I don't understand a lot of it but can someone pls help with a question?.. This is from 2nd March mining rights RNS... " Upon execution of the right, which is planned for the 19(th) March 2015 and includes the approval of the mining Environmental Impact Assessment ("EIA"), the Company is required to commence mining within 120 days."... We are very close to 120 days. If we don't start mining, what happens?

I'm guessing they need to get the loan sorted first... On the finance note I expected the loan to be sorted by now. This is what they said in March... "Positive discussions continue around the financial arrangements for the project which we are in the process of finalising and the offtake arrangements for the three products. I guess GC meant placing although I thought he meant the bigger financing piece which in my opinion is overdue

You can buy this for less then 5p now. I guess people are coming out of here and putting their money in AMER. Was hoping loan, offtake agreements and maybe even construction would have started by now. Things really taking their time here. Can't help but feel a bit disappointed
