Any idea how the company is making progress? Seems deafening?

I have noticed on linkedin lots of staff who have worked for gfinity stating they are leaving or I suspect being made redundant? I see this as a good thing. Hopefully, cutting the wage bill in the right place and keeping good employees to bring costs down.

Any legitimate way of taking them to court?

Just remember Midas. Top executives at top companies that make easy money doesn't always mean good at what they do. Try being an executive at Coca-cola you can't fail.

Don't think they are going bust as seen 2 new jobs advertised...growth strategist and business development manager combined at apporx 85k salary. Hoping for some RNS to clear things up though

Deafening silence indeed. Most people are probably so in the negative on their investments they may aswell lose it all in the hope for a turn around. Really am shocked that the management didn't reduce their salaries too if they knew they were going to put out increased losses. How can the CEO be paid £160k and be this poor? He has a lot of questions to answer, Lots of talk little action. I'm still holding but at this stage I guess a miracle buyout would be ideal.

I was in originally at 3.7, averaged down to 1.9 ish. Ngl does feel like a kick in the teeth 2x.
I do genuinely believe the delay was due to talks happening in the background around financing then the deadline came and hit them. I am suprised at the performance of around £4mln losses. I suspect the cost of the those acquisition deals hit them hard. Great performance from GDM though! The thing is I'm down so much it isn't even worth selling..will just ride this out. Whatever happens GL to everyone I may consider to ups once a few more RNS drops otherwise I'm going elsewhere. The business has so much potential imo. I'm hoping Todd with his gaming knowledge can really help it!

Who said news was coming out today? As in how do people know it must be today?

Remember also regardless of results already out of date as June 2022....I'm interested to see future projections more and reiteration of profitability and even if they state slightly delayed profitability due to inflationary costs every business is going through the promise is still within the next year. This is a few years project imo.

Did anyone else notice the gfinity arenas is being shut down? I suspect cost is a massive issue due to the central London location. This is a positive move for me as a better location than Fulham Broadway in London and better access would be better.

A poignant moment here at the Gfinity PLC Studio tonight. We are about to go live with the very last show of a successful 2022 F1 Esports Series, but it is also the very last show ever from the Gfinity Studio.

Over the years, she has produced thousands of hours of esports and gaming content for the biggest brands in the world, founded player’s esports careers (ended some also!), appeared on BBC’s The Apprentice, hosted celebs including Robbie Williams, Trevor Noah, Peter Crouch & Thierry Henry, given out millions in prize money, survived the great Vue fire of 2020 and stayed operational throughout all of lock-down… but for me all of that is inconsequential as my lasting memory will always be the people that were part of the journey. Everyone, that over the years have come in, worked their socks off, together as a team, and produced some amazing broadcasts we can all be proud of. Whilst the ‘bricks-and-mortar’ of this place is getting ripped down after tonight, the memories, fun, laughter, and amazing content we all created from here will live on forever!

Lots more great shows planned by Gfinity being broadcasted from new locations in the future! But for now, opening pre-record done (second take!) and time to go out with a bang!

Maybe if they are raising funds, they are going to self fund the development of athlos rather than give 50% stake away?

Any idea why the price is stuck at around 1.00? Also was the market cap always 14.50m around this price?

No idea, I'm holding and not investing more until I know what is going on. Been holding here since 2020, still very optimistic and like the potential. Have also been averaging down for weeks. I'm hoping they are just waiting to close a deal then publish perhaps

I've tried to email them once or twice and have received no response. I have even given suggestions via comments on linkedin posts and received no response. Their support ticket email link doesn't work and they still have a link to forerunnergg which gives me a 404 message. Not sure what is going on there? I can only think they have a model where they pay a fee everytime they make website alterations? I'd have thought though that they would be able to make their own website alterations. Also, where is the link for the new stockinformer gone??
