I do think Marstons on paper is a solid business and hope it does well. Just needs to reassure the market it can continue to pay its debt repayments with interest

Interesting though how the market has responded. Seems to be more bothered about the slight decrease in 1st quarter of new year and no dividend payout..

As stated before it appears these directors have sorted themselves out again........reward for mismanagement over the last 2/3 years..0.06 as well? Private investors once again being unfairly treated. I've been in this share for 4 years and everytime they perform badly they have a get out of jail card to play whilst everyone else suffers. Food for thought. I personally am not surprised.

Have to say websites looking much better. But stockinformer needs to cover so much more products. They need to spend a lot of time getting everything on there and then advertising it a bit on TV when they have free capital

How many shares is that in monetary value? Also remember Haley has no wage, so are they paying him with shares? or is he actually purchasing shares. Interesting he owns the company that got sold Athlos? I'm wondering whether they are turning this into a money makeing scheme for directors. Food for thought.

RoyGa makes a good point. This is all smoke at the moment. Nothing substantial in numbers. Management has screwed the PI multiple times. Just be careful and DYOR. I wouldn't be suprised if they come back for more discounted shares in the future. Need solid objective numbers to back it up

As expected it passed. I'm guessing price should be about 0.06 tbh?? Based on average

Raise was at 0.06 so may go back down a bit before going higher once it is passed at AGM

Pump and dump by the looks of it very strange, only about 15% up on last week. Still do think the company is capable of turning it around tbf! Waiting for some good news

What does it mean if it will take 6mill at 0.10? That there is plenty of shares available?

Be careful. I've been in gfinity since 2019. A lot of pump and dump. I'm ever optimistic but have always been disappointed with Gfinity. I see it time and time again the price rises a day before and then drops drastically once the news comes out. I hope this is different but you just don't know it is risky.

Interesting. Hopefully without having to raise money. I really hope this business does the U turn required. Good they got rid of GDM director..waste of money IMO. Good they got read of JC as was all talk and didn't live up. So the right steps...slowly
