Thoughts on general meeting?

City. Going concern has been on the results since last year. I've been invested for 4 years. I am aware of the risk. But genuinely think Halley is a man of his word and has an incentive to create share price value having invested £70k

I think the general trajectory is positive. I have faith in the CEO. I'll be topping up in the dips.

Shares are active again from 1.15pm today

Been invested since 2019....hoping for a big turn around to recover my losses..not sure if many people left in since then given the ups and downs. But new CEO has put his money where his mouth his..so let's see

This will move quick if actual figures come out with profit in December 2024, plus not a huge reduction in revenue

I think the share just needs REAL results to come in. Then it will go one of 2 ways

Neon fair points, but actually the websites are gaining viewers on average. Not huge gains. The issue they have is they need more uniqueness and a real growth strategy. If they can show the market how, the price will increase. For the sake of private investors I hope they don't go private.

Who said it was worth a few million? What was the realistic value? Previous management team. This CEO seems to have done it right tbh. Been REALISTIC about value of assets and costs. An asset is worth very little if it haemorrhages money and doesnt add value. Running costs were high and return was poor. Precious CEO has a lot to answer for. The way of restructuring reminds me of Musk and his restructuring of twitter. The key issue is now displaying a uniqueness of GDM to get it to attract users and grow whilst equally exploring growth opportunities. That being said cash will be an issue but if smart can be done without cash raising.
