Very sound investment for Hotrocks, which sent their shareprice up. Look like a good company, however it wasn't a huge deal (but maybe it will turn out so!).

SWC has commanded a premium from day one for being the UK leader in this space. It started at over 50x, which was reasonable. Soon came down to 30x, and now sitting under 15x if you take into account the cash and subscription deal just announced.

It will keep reducing with every fundraise. Expect around 10x when next raise announced, swiftly going back up closer to 15x, or just under soon after.

The premium will get down to x5 in around 3 months IMO, and to under 3x by the time they enter the FTSE100.

All my projection of how this could turn out in the next year or so, for those willing to stick around.

Of course, there will be swings, perfect for shorters and traders. Something for everyone.

The natural 4 year cycle should see us up to $160k ish and then a fall to $40k around end of this year, before rising again.

However, Saylor argues that won't happen this time, due to the rising treasury companies driving demand, and Btc will just keep rising at year end.

It will be interesting in a few months, but right now we should be making hay while the sun shines. Or loads o money!!!

We need to focus on institutional buyers to keep up with SWC. Or they need to crack the 8m euros cap on retail raises. News on either of those will send this higher IMO.

Avocet the alleged holder and multiple slicer wrote earlier "I wouldnt recommend anyone buying in at this level.". That was £2.60. LOL

Is recommend anyone who isn't invested to simply do some research on metaplanet and the annual yield they get from bitcoin. They are now taking loans to buy more, and are no longer diluting shareholders. But please DYOR. We all know the multiple looks a little high high now, but I'm afraid that's the premium for getting on board a share that IMO destined for a full listing in 2025 and FTSE100 next year.

That is all my view as a shareholder with a vested interest here.

Make hay while the sun shines and enjoy the positivity on this board. The shorters who don't get the model will arrive in a few weeks, if were following SWC. Hopefully will be over £1 by then and it will only be a minor setback.

Two more shorters who don't get it, ready to be toasted. Metaplanet, which is who were following is the most shorted stock on the nickei at 13%. For sone reason lots of people like to short bitcoin treasury companies. It is also hugely successful!!

Even in Japan some don't get this model, or the rise of Bitcoin.

Huge appetite for UK treasury stocks on OTC. We had the 2nd highest rise yesterday, beaten only by CINGF another uk bitcoin treasury stock. Tells you something of the demand.

Only small amounts in retail hands here, so high demand pairing with low supply. Could run a long way yet.

Opened 34.5p today. CINGF the biggest mover on OTC. TSWCF was number 2! That shows the HUGE appetite for UK treasury shares committed to the Saylor flywheel approach. Was hoping for some more bitcoin declared this morning as 6.5 cannot be it from the last raise. Must be soon, especially as it looks like bitcoin preparing to break out soon.

Another good point is that trading in CINGF has increased dramatically. For a while we've been on a dozen trades a day and huge spreads. Far more liquid position now, which is really good.

Yeah, looked like a single trade at the end spiked us from 31c to 36c. Will be interesting to see where we open, 36c equivalent would be good.

Closed at $4.78 in the US in active trading. Has been a good indicator for UK open in the past week, around £3.60.

People don't understand the supply / demand dynamics here. Huge demand, held mainly by institutional investors, who seem to have no interest in selling. Forget multiples, they have raised around £50m in the past month, and that figure will just increase over the next month IMO. Whether it's expensive is hugely subjective. If you look at the likely capital in a month's time we could be trading around 2x to 3x at that point.

Invest, short, just watch and whine or watch and admire. Its your choice.

The occasional shorter will help liquidity IMO, and simply drive us higher. Enjoy, whatever your perspective.

Cingf currently trading at 22p equivalent on the OTC, so standing firm on offer price which is good. Hopefully set a new Base level.

Well done management team for pitching the offer at market price. Not so happy with the statement that this may also be used as working capital. I hope the remainder of previous raises didn't go that way.

Very positive, but definitely need more bitcoin buying action please. Will be very happy if we get another bitcoin purchase rns tomorrow with a large slice of remaining funds.

Lots of new posters who seem to think posting here may influence the price lol. This is driven by institutions now. Most retail have exited a long time ago, and posted such on here.

The resident clown has also given up posting. He has been posting the same as everyone here for the past month. You either get it, or you don't!

Good luck to those trying a short here. I wish you well. Selling shares at this price to institutional buyers may not be the best move.
