From what HL have reserved from my cash looks like we'll get around 40% or just under of what we asked for. The retail placing closed about 2 hours early when it was 2.5 times oversubscribed by my calculation.

Ignore him CLSK. He was toasted by KEFI and now trolls exciting opportunities.

After the new shares added MCAP will be around £170 mil at 84p a share. Cash plus Btc around £20m. Ratio down to 8.5. Should be down to 5 on the next raise IMO. The premium here deserves to be at least 10x at the current acceleration, so I put my own current valuation around £1.20 a share.

It will keep going up for a while yet before it starts to level when we reach around 3x.

Probably be over £3 by then. This is one way. UP.

All IMHO. DYOR and don't overstretch are what I use in my portfolio. Works for me.

I'm in both. At the moment SWC is definitely showing how it should be done. I keep saying that we need to step up and really really hope management take note. They DO NOT want to let this golden opportunity pass on by.

I still believe they are capable of getting into gear and accelerating. The Forza discussion tomorrow may be interesting.

I think it's a one for one swap for SWC if you have a share certificate.

You should either have shares in the account where you used to hold them or you may have been sent a share certificate in the uranium energy exploration company.

Hopefully you can get hold of them.

Tea was a listed company that became more or less a shell. SWC reversed into it, saving time and cost, and re-listed far easier and quicker. The old tea shareholders were diluted right down, but ended up with some shares in SWC. As it happens rather fortuitous as this company now looks like it has great prospects.

I think they will be rapidly growing their core web business too. That's where I see acquisitions bring made. Going to be an interesting time here IMO.

I would hope acquisitions will be made using share only offers. Being a btc treasury as well it's almost like offering cash!

That way they may rapidly see a growing profit stream to be invested in brc.

Yes, we are some way off having to sort the 8 million euro limit issue. SWC's line is that placings are at market price, so retail can always buy into the market at no disadvantage. The institutional offers are for large clients wanting big blocks of shares without having to inflate the market price. Adopt that approach and everyone is happy.

They can of course do a one for x share placing offer to all holders, but that is a more complex and time consuming process.

They need an internal funding manager to push the continual funding through quickly. They are getting there, but we may need to wait a bit longer for our 81p share price. Hopefully in the next few months!

Unfortunately we've almost hit the 8 million euro limit on aquis. Not a problem because offers are around current price, so company line is retail just buy through the market.

That does cut off a funding line for them, so what they may do is a one for two placing offer (example). That's a more complex procedure I believe, but would open up an additional funding steam for retail to invest direct.

Likely next round of fundraising on SWC. If you want to participate you may need to hold shares in next 7 minutes! It's just a rumour ATM.

They shifted the last placing at 49p no problem. Instis and retail both bought well. Quality management here who have not put a foot wrong so far. The nav to mcap has halved in last month and should sit around 14x when they confirm their buys from last funding round. At this stage I see an 80p to 90p placing next, and this moving swiftly up in price when it's well bought.

Not replying to the board clown anymore. He's become very tedious. He's not even a good clown.

Aquis is much better at seeing the trades than on here. They definitely hold back trades ftom the display on here. Also af least half my buys are coded as sells on here, and you are also missing the context to realise they are buys.

On aquis, it's just a trade. They don't mark buys and sells, which really is a pointless concept IMO.

All of my buys have shown up very quickly on Aquis. However, most have been with Barclays. My HL ones have also shown up quickly, but the max I've bought at a time is 100k. Perhaps it's thd larger trades than are holding back.

Keep a check of time bought and look back later. Aquis does seem to have all the late trades that pop up here is the right sequence, but they might add them later and sort by time?

Cmouk, I'm here, and this is my largest holding in this space because I believe they represent great value right now for the opportunity ahead. I also think James can get this moving as it should.

I know it's early days. I just want to point out where I think improvements can be made.

I wouldn't be here if I hadn't bought into the potential of Btc.
