I opened a Barclays share isa, brought a few share, sold a few but would love to understand more, but it’s not my profession. So very new, and often buy for what I read! But metro bank and motif bio, hasn’t been my best choices.
Being new to all this and recently buying some shares in this company to put into an ISA could anyone explain to me what the recent RNS announcement means with Warrents? Does this mean if I hold shares I will be issued more shares at a cheaper price to buy, so hold onto the shares I have, or something totally different? Any advice is greatly received.
Being no computer wizard but my mate at work is he told me one you have have telegram app on your phone, secondly when you cut and paste the address which is on three lines it puts a gap gaps between the words so you have to remove the gaps from your URL address.

Apologies if I’m teaching some of you how to suck eggs.
I have tried cutting and pasting new http address but with no luck. Suggestion?
160,000 shares or do I?
Being somewhat new to the share game and reading all what’s been going on recently I voted No to all resolutions as from what I can make out most did the same, being ripped off…… comes to mind. Can someone explain what’s happening now, I can’t always check the chat constantly so often there is big gaps but I see people are emailing their shareholding? As far as I am aware I still hold 167,000 shares all doing? Any advice would be much appreciated
167’224 and it’s a no! Nothing to loose from what I’ve been reading.
Am I right in assuming that if I call my stockbroker and register to vote “no” it is giving the board a rough idea of what shareholders will be doing before the meeting on the 14th of June?
Thanks Rosie, I’m assuming most people are voting NO to all resolutions and how do we find out what the resolutions are ?
Will everyone who holds shares be contacted, even if the are held in an ISA? Or do I need to contact them myself? New to all this, so advise much appreciated.
Hello all, I’m kind of new to this game and set up a stocks and shares ISA about a year ago, not knowing what stocks and shares to buy I used the the recommendations of some write up and at that time purchased Motif which was 167,000 shares. I haven’t received anything about a vote? Please advise.
Thanks for response fallenknife, sorry I haven’t looked at this Stock for a few weeks so I hadn’t realised you’d responded, now that I look at the max ie time/price graph I’ve realised it only goes back to 2017 so I’m not sure what all of the data was before that time anyway like you said it was 14 years ago and probably best not worried about although I was just curious.
I’ve recently got myself a shares ISA so all this is very new, knowing what to buy is a steep learning curve. I often look on the max graph to see how the company has performed over time. Could anyone explain to me why the shares went down in price so much on the 14th of November 2007 and why the stock was so expensive to begin with?
