Any indication of what this means in revenue terms? I assume there is some sort of standing charge plus payment for the generated power..there may even be an activation kicker as well (I.e each time the grid say go there is a payment)... The company are delighted though so all sounds positive from an SP perspective. Exactly one of the reasons I bought into Alkane was they seemed uniquely positioned in what has rapidly became a very very tight generation market...

OMG what a disaster....I was seriously tempted to switch out off Accsys for a short time to try and put some (more!) into the HH plays...so wish I had now. ANOTHER £2m blown on DW and still nothing in return. I reckon that's about 20% of MC wasted on that 'venture'. Horrible mistake by the BOD who to be fair are pro all as sick as the pi's about this one.... I suppose it's maybe a top up opportunity and logically that may be correct but I'm too sick of the constant set backs to invest anything more here just now...

Slow and steady this one so far...I like what the BOD has done this year and feel we are well positioned to keep growing the business. But what we really want is a cold winter...any ideas as to what extra revenue a particularly cold winter and increased demand for the back up supply from Alk would mean to the bottom line?

Unless I've missed something (always probable!) I doubt Russian sales are material....said before I've seen Accsys move before an RNS so wouldn't be too surprised to see some perceived negative news. Still we saw a strange trading that drive the price down recently and I suppose a large seller offloading would see the same happening again... Total guess work but no matter a disappointing move south..could be a buy opp but recent trend is far from postiv

Thanks RGM...appreciate the response...not sure how I missed that! Not a holding to get too excited about I suppose but with current market conditions it's good to know that the price should stay reasonably steady...was hoping for a better premium to NAV by now but with limited history and visibility that was probably more hope than expectation..portfolios are all about balance and hopefully this will provide a sure 6% return annually with a few percentage points in capital appreciation when the management start to find efficiencies.

Hee hee and we all know there is NO fun in that! Anyway would I be wrong in thinking we may get a trading update for Q1 this week?

Thankfully bailed from this stock a while ago...always difficult to swallow a loss but the SP has done nothing but drop since. I feel for those still in though, seems a long way back now. Seemed a great story and may still be one day hence I keep on my watch list but the SP just seems to keep going south...anyone got anything positive to say about Agri?

Totally agree Cornish but it's kinda like having tried to divorce the wife by pointing out all her flaws you have to move back in and co-habitate again! Awwwwwkward ;-)

Well Diamond Wood may be pleased, can't say I am....still the whole play was down to them doing basically nothing for what seems like the best part of a decade!! IF they get their finger out and actually do what they were meant to then I suppose all is good but it's hardly the foundation to build a long term working relationship on is it... On the plus side at least it puts to bed the potential losses/damages but to me it would appear that's another £1m that DW has cost us and we are still no closer to getting production up and running in the Far East.

Ha yeah and now it has arrived I'm left wondering what everyone else knows that I don't!! ;-)

18% of 25% of c2.1mb is not a huge amount if taken at $10pb...maybe about £1m? With a £45m market cap it's not going to change the SP dramatically I would have thought.

There would seem to be no operational reason for the drop so watching this closely....sub 0.2 and I may well be tempted to add. It's a risk though as the litigation is a big drag (in terms of cash drain and sentiment) but IF we can get positive news there and confirmation of the site of the new plant this could spring higher....sadly Accsys seems to be the slowest of slow burners but I've waited years for it to come good (albeit managing to pick up a bundle of shares when lowly rated) so I'll happily wait a couple more ;-)

Well the market doesn't seem to have liked the results too much. From my brief view they seemed very much in track but I suppose they were somewhat cautious. Looks like it's more wait and see with Accsys although everything looks to be moving in the correct direction so will look to add if the SP slips further. Sickening to see 10m and now another 1m wasted on Diamond wood, getting that out if the way would be great news.... Add in the upcoming news on a new plant I'm still positive here but must admit was hoping for a bit more guidance re what is required for profitability to be reached.

David Thornton tipped this share in his latest email (he didn't name it as such but provided enough info to find it). Seems an interesting prospect and I'll have a look at the company more closely in the next few days but what's the main thoughts on here re revenue drivers...seen many of these infrastructure companies spend shareholders funds on capex and then fail to generate appropriate revenue to recoup, is the same likely here?

Cornish I hope you are right....the only people to have lost money in this saga would appear to be Accsys shareholders. Almost a year into the process now so hoping for an update on progress on Thur but probably just more of the confident talk rather than anything concrete. I see Clegg was targeting Q1 2015 for breaking into an operating profit..I'm quietly hopeful that the results will show faster than expected progress. SP bumping near enough 3 year high now so looks to have good support and a solid set of results may prompt a re-rate...let's see if we get any pre results rise tomorrow and then fingers crossed for an upbeat trading statement along with the financials!!

Hope you are right Cornish...Annual results should confirm what we know already, substantial and increasingly profitable progress. At the same time we should hopefully get some upbeat comments on Q1 and by the end of the month a H1 update. All of this should be good for the SP and we may even get a surprise on the upside in terms of operational leverage and therefore a positive eps. Sure this share won't do an LGO or a MSNN and the litigation is still an unknown but I see substantial upside none the less....could be a very interesting month!! Fingers crossed and DYOR.

This started to move a day or two before the last good news...(trading update iirc)...hopefully a good sign that more is on its way. Topped up here recently and surprised there is not more interest in this share...it's taken a while but defo think this company is going places and we should see steady climbs as the strategy pays off.
