Positively is a bit of an understatement I would say! Potential JORC this year, 3 shipments made and production ramp up on going, raised annual production target and quarterly production updates...couldn't ask for much more! Essentially we are an explorer that just happens to already be a producer...a very near combo that. Sure it has huge country risk and we know the discount for the basket price is high but money coming in will mitigate at least some of the exploration costs and thus reduce any ongoing dilution.. the BOD have delivered yet again so very happy with this update.

And does the $10k figure take account of the 70% discount? As it is I'm not sure the revenue from the first batch is overly important. The important part is the fact that the plant has been commissioned to a stage where some sort of product can be produced, that they are moving onto final commissioning and refinement as well as proving that they have the required logistics and permissions to export. Quite why that means the SP goes down is somewhat beyond me but hey ho value will put in the end here if they keep up the progress to date..

Excellent news! Hats off to the BOD. They have done everything they said they would in the time scale set out at the start of the year. No mean feat in the country of operation and we can look forward with more confidence now to the volume slowly ramping as they complete commissioning.

It would appear not...a rather subdued response to some very good news. You would have to assume that updating the market today that they are still on track for end 2017 for first delivery means exactly that. There is of course no confirm of what size of delivery that will be nor the expected output following the initial delivery (assuming there will be a long period of refinement and ramp up) but none the less we are literally on the cusp of revenue generation so a 4% increase in SP is rather disappointing. But good things come to those who wait so add in the fact that we are already clearly on the case of expanding the resource 2018 could be a very interesting ride here!

Agree addickt...this is looking very strong now. Solid progress on permits and access rights and a clear guide that the PF is well advanced so not surprised to see the SP move north. I'm am surprised it's not done so substantially already to be honest but funding questions may be the reason. Like you I'd happily add more in a rights issue and hope the BoD give the PI's that option when the time comes. Should be an excellent next 18 months for this company and see this as a very solid bet.

Nonsense (as you probably know). P19 and 20 of the latest investors presentation (available on the website) explains quite clearly what the processing plant will do. It even has some nice graphics and pictures for those that need them. Without the plant operational then there will be no deliveries. Therefore the timely completion of this is absolutely critical to the company hitting its Q4 deadline.

Well any delay will see the SP crater....guidance has been Q4 for sales all the way along so there will have to have been some solid progress on the plant for that to happen!

There is a nice info graphic in the presentation on the growth curve...it starts at picture 8. We are at picture 3 so a bit to go yet. Investing by pictures...could be a new strategy ;-)

It really won't be making that much. I estimated revenue of about $1.5m p.m based on the output and discount given on the last RNS. You then need to take off the government percentage and costs before you get any profit figures...it's still very likely to be throwing off cash hence why we are here I suppose but it's NOT going to be a profit larger than the market cap every year.

Ha ha don't we all...I sold out on the last spike for a still massive loss...this company has nothing and zero cash...it might dilute more and struggle on but I see end reward for pi's here. I hope I'm wrong for those that have their hard earned in this but really they are miles from anything in terms of revenue, have changed tack a number of times and now don't even have decent grades on the latest wheeze.. Ach maybe Im just jaded after watching this go lower and lower on one false dawn to the next so as I said good luck to all who remain and I hope for your sake I'm wrong.

Every investor presentation has stated the ore will be extracted by 'manual mining'...quite what that entails I'm not sure but I took it literally that there would be a workforce digging this stuff by hand. They have also said the processing plant was chosen for its proximity to water and power not to the mine site as they expect a grand total of one truck load a day so the extra cost of hauling to the plant was minimal. The key to this project is the richness of the ore, they really don't need that much to produce as a big percentage of the ore ends up as the end product.

So we have Centrica / Olde house in the U.K., European and Far East distribution agreement, Botswana sales and now a hybrid set for Aus...OK not all / any of these will be on full commercial terms but wow if that doesn't show that there is a GLOBAL demand for this type of technology then I don't know what does. Sure the proof is in the pudding and ultimately this progress and penetration will need to be turned into a commercial success but the recent annociments have really stamped the card in terms of the scope and scale of the potential market and if RedT can get a strong foothold in it then this will be a very very nice play indeed. Good luck to all the LTH and isn't it amazing how for months and months we have a serial moaner / deramper then as soon as the news starts to flow they disappear completely...not even a peep to say they might have got it wrong or why the news has still not changed their view. Nope they just disappear. Pretty pathetic stuff.

I think it's a collective 'we'll believe it when we see it' approach from the market on this one...as other have pointed out there is substantial risk with the country of operation. No doubt if this asset was in an established western country then the SP would be multiples of what it is but hey that's the risk/reward here and so far the risk is paying off and the reward gets ever closer...

Thanks...I hadn't previously seen the discount rate published and didn't have time to read the whole RNS this morning. Higher than I thought it might be but still leaves the revenue per month around $1.5m....IF we can see that being generated month after month then this company will still be sitting pretty.

Which at a 50% discount to the $18 per kilo basket price gives over $2m revenue per month at the lower end estimate of my rough calcs are correct... Clearly the market is discounting the fact that the plant is not built and the political risks but they have achieved everything they said they would so far and have only today reiterated shipments commencing this year so I wonder how long such discounting can continue.

Sales are obviously important but I also want to see an installed user base. It seems to take an age to get any of the sales and announcements commissioned...that's a concern for me. A fully operational Gen2 multi tank unit successfully time shifting solar in Africa is all the publicity this product and company need so I hope now we can crack on and get it done. The potential here is massive no doubt.....quite if Red can deliver and how long it will take is not so clear but finding out and going on the journey is the fun part of investing for me!

Make that 80%! Solid update yet again and although we have no idea of the discount taking the headline figure of $18 per kg gives $90m pa at 5,000tpa = $90m. Even at a 50% discount that is $45m revenue pa...not bad for a £16m market cap company! Substantial re-rate due on this share now surely...every update indicates they have done what they said they would do and to say we are still on track for Q4 in the middle of September gives a big boost in confidence...
