Reason for Nasdaq drop was the report from the fed. Faster balance sheet run off and faster interest rate hikes, so people fled tech. Could see contagion here today but Asian tech held up well overnight so it's hard to tell.

Growth is the buzz word everyone hates at the moment. Cyclicals is where the money is flowing, but growth will make a comeback at some stage. My 2 cents anyway.

240p - 250p would be great but who knows. All I know is with a 35% move upwards so quickly, it was inevitable that the price would cool a bit. I'm sure you'll do well though, we're only looking at 10-20p short term swings which won't matter in the long run! Best of luck

Why would you have bought more after the price rose 35% in less than 2 weeks? I warned of this on Christmas eve. Take your time and let the price cool off a bit, you'll get more opportunities.

I'm really glad we got to 230p over the past few days. I was down 30% and now I'm at my breakeven purchase price. Shows sentiment has changed which I am grateful for. But remember where we were 9 days ago, at 166p and people considering whether this was a good investment or not. I'm all for the enthusiasm and have a long position but perhaps some should temper their expectations and expect some sort of a pullback soon, we're up 35% from all time lows only 9 days ago! Emotional trading when stocks are going up is how the algos hurt retail investors.

We're still 30% up from this time 6 days ago, we're heading in the right direction. Patience.

Yes I agree with you about Shein, I just do not believe Very are genuine competition for Boo, no matter how hard they try, they will always be Littlewoods.

I've seen it. John Lewis and House of Fraser sell clothes too. I don't know any of my friends who would shop at Very, they do however, shop at Boohoo. The true competition is ASOS, IMO.
