RE: Law1317 Dec 2021 18:17
Lawrence13, everybody has there own opinions, but having had cover 3 months ago even after 2 jabs, leaving me with a splitting headache, very persistent cough, unable to speak for very long ( not great as the job I do entails me talking for about 45 minutes each time ) flu symptoms and very very tired, I disagree. It is very very new, and it has been widely stated that deaths generally do not occur till after about a month or so.
I heard a story about a anti vaxer, going into hospital after contracting covid19 and dying within a week. His family have decided to change there stance and get vaccinated. We don't enough about it to dispel it. And it is idiots who think it is nothing tat will continue to see it spreading like it is. This variant has caused more positive tests in footballers than the last variant and it has only started recently. So in my opinion discount it at your peril.
Hopefully we will find, the strain although more contagious will still be kept away by vaccines and boosters. Its all well saying I wasn't too bad after having had a vaccine, but what about the thousands of thousands of people who died before there was even a vaccine available.
I won't have a debate about trump or others as my point was totally related to Covid19, and I stick by what I said, unless proven wrong. The rapid increase in cases would suggest I am not wrong. As for 1 death, ?? I am sure there will have been other deaths from this variant , but just not reported from countries who the world listens to.
