There also a premium in the fact that there’s no expensive heat required in the production process. And little excavation required to get to the ore, so lots of pluses.

There always a premium to be paid for such a big resource. The resource quoted so far is for only 20% of the gross exploration area, hence premium to be paid

Just one point. I don’t think we’ll ever see dividends paid. The resource is too big for the big boys to ignore. The big boys will want to get in early when we’re relatively cheap. Well that’s my thoughts.

I think an offer will come this year. We know that Shaun wants to keep us independent until for a while yet. As we know any potential buyer could go hostile and go to shareholders and by-pass Shaun. Shaun must be receiving enquirers from potential buyers. I believe that they will break over soon. Well that’s my opinion. Welcome other investors comments, for or against 👍

In my estimation £3 per share is 5-6 times the current price share. Why would that not be possible based on the resource we have and the market share they are aiming for. If you’re invested, what your target share price?

Ceasefire and end of war will see sanctions lifted, sale can proceed. Is that the thinking?

I’ve had a look. And it’s says that from 6th April 2027 (new rules), all assets, including those in a SIPP are subject to HIT. The point that I am making is that it’s as easy to walk away from the UK without HIT into account.

My understanding it’s that all assets above £350,000 is subject to 40% inheritance tax laws. I understand that is the point of leaving the Uk , so as I understand your home is taken into account in the HIT calculations. Assuming you own you own home.

You need to read stuff on Uk inheritance tax laws. Just because you move money out of the Uk doesn’t mean you’re exempt from paying inheritance tax. I assume you have been a long term resident in the Uk?
