Well you seem to have all worked out, quit a detailed analysis. And speaking with some authority as if fact. . Would Tower not have to agree to a cash settlement? I assume that if a cash settlement was made it would be for less cash than if they were awarded the license and drill. Why would they. To that extent your analysis doesn’t make sense, in my opinion.
