Well one reason is that they're out of money and any fundraise will be at a discount to current price, so why pay current price.

Other reason is they may not even find people that want to subscribe to a fundraise due to the fact that they'll be back with their hands out for more money in another six months... and another six months... and another six months.

Either the discount needs to be large enough that punters feel they can flip shares for a quick profit, or the company needs to entice proper investors who look longer term for a return. But as I say, why would anyone feel confident in this shambles longer term.

i'd say it doesn't really matter, they've been asleep at the wheel for 12 months as far as funding goes. Now they're screwed on options. They can discuss whatever they like....

well this is what i was pointing at earlier, to put a bounce in now you need buyers.

But put yourself in the mind of a potential share buyer, why are you buying it now knowing that there's a guaranteed discount coming once AGM passes.

It could drop to 10p right now and there's still no point buying as they've got to do the dilution at a discount to even that level to attract subscribers...what a complete mess they've caused here.

trouble is, there's just no point owning the stock for now. The BOD have outright told the market what they're planning to do, they want approve to dilute at the AGM. We know there's 100% dilution coming at a discount to whatever future Share Price there is. So essentially you know price is only going lower from whatever it ends up being at the time of the AGM.

They've essentially put a short term death spiral on the share price through sheer market mechanics

Yeh exactly. I mean I’d love to be wrong and have someone loading up but it doesn’t fit what price is doing. SO trades being worked over time then printing when settled does.

We’re not going to get a TR1 when SO is gone, he’s been through the final 3% threshold now. The only indication left is likely to be big prints appearing. For some reason we see them and assume it’s a buyer though lol

You have no idea how long that’s taken to work through the book. The print price is likely to be an average that the batch was sold at. Price was higher a few days back.

We know we have a distressed seller dumping here, i really don’t understand how people assume the evidence of that is institutional buying lol. If it’s the seller printing it’s because the trade lump is settled, it’s a good thing!

41, but given the size of the trade, it hasn’t just gone through in the intra day volume and therefore can’t be assessed against the current spread. Likely it’s been worked on for a while and prints when it’s clear, either way.

My money is it’s SO dumping considering we see more buys than sells each day and can’t figure out why price doesn’t move up. There’s the other side of the exchange printing late.
