Bought in at 90p a while ago 37k shares. Decided i wasnt going to panick sell like i did with IAG and Easyjet , back in march and lost a lot of profit. I really believe in this share and i'm thinking, as long as i dont need the money now then its safe and will go up. Fair play to those who bought in late 50p-early 60's though :o) i'm looking to the future of this share a a slightly larger smile than i did a couple of weeks ago :o)

US has vaccinated almost three-quarters of eligible population

Almost three-quarters of Americans eligible to be vaccinated against Covid-19 have received at least one dose, the top US health agency said.

Figures from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention showed that 74.4 per cent of residents over the age of 12 have been given a coronavirus shot. Nearly 64 per cent of that age group has been fully vaccinated.

In the US, the BioNTech/Pfizer vaccine is the only shot authorised for children between the ages of 12 and 17.

UK cases today, 29,547 on 4th Sept 37,578 seems to be at least plateauing :o)

I see circa 8m tests from from 15th July-22nd July and circa 8m test from 07th July-14th July. I always said it will never reach 100k positive a day plus if you look at the cases in India, from a peak on May 6th of 416k cases, they are now averaging less than a 10th of that. We (the UK)will be well on our way out of this in about 4 weeks time.

Found the below today that warmed me a little and gives confidence in a brighter future
Around nine in 10 adults in all parts of the UK are now likely to have Covid-19 antibodies, new figures suggest.

The estimates range from 88.6% in Scotland to 92.6% in Wales, with 90.0% for Northern Ireland and 91.9% for England.

The presence of coronavirus antibodies suggests someone has had the infection in the past or has been vaccinated.

It takes between two and three weeks after infection or vaccination for the body to make enough antibodies to fight the virus.
In my opinion, we wont reach 100k cases per day looking at worldometers web site. may start levelling out in next 3 weeks . we havent had 50k plus cases for 4 days now :o)

I'm inclined to sort of agree with this looking at the worldometers webby address below. India cases are now dropping big style and about 10% of what they were daily. It looks like a 3 month cycle so this time next month, we should be well on our way out of the woods IMO https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/country/india/
