According to internet...
The record date for rights issue is the cut-off date as on which a company takes out a list of existing shareholders holding the stock of the company to determine the eligible shareholders for the rights issue.
The right issue record date is announced well in advance by the company through the Letter of Offer. Only the shareholders who are on record of the company as on the record date will be eligible for the rights entitlements of the company to apply the rights share.

Looks like he will be buying up to 20% then, whilst his lawyers look at it. Interesting times.
My three buys this afternoon went through as sells, as I’m sure did many others. There was consistent buying, all showing as sells, but the price never moved. I don’t know what it means, but that’s what happened. GLA
Or a buy in!
It's flying there.
I wonder what will happen with the share price when Toronto opens? Could be interesting.
It has got to be 400 hasn't it, it was that on the 8th June. With signs of recovery with regard to Covid, or at least some sort of returning to normal life it should go much higher.
As long as the National health does not get overwhelmed the country will continue to reopen. Children going back to school this week, Boris trying to extract workers out of their pyjamas. Treatments being tested with amazing results. Seems a good entry price to me.
It was at 260 last week, if this isn't ready for a bounce I don't know what is.
