The record date for rights issue is the cut-off date as on which a company takes out a list of existing shareholders holding the stock of the company to determine the eligible shareholders for the rights issue.
The right issue record date is announced well in advance by the company through the Letter of Offer. Only the shareholders who are on record of the company as on the record date will be eligible for the rights entitlements of the company to apply the rights share.
Ridiculous! Why would you patent anything until you had proved its efficiency. I’m taking this as an excellent sign. Firstly it now proves how confident they are and secondly it adds a level of security.
My three buys this afternoon went through as sells, as I’m sure did many others. There was consistent buying, all showing as sells, but the price never moved. I don’t know what it means, but that’s what happened. GLA
It has got to be 400 hasn't it, it was that on the 8th June. With signs of recovery with regard to Covid, or at least some sort of returning to normal life it should go much higher.
As long as the National health does not get overwhelmed the country will continue to reopen. Children going back to school this week, Boris trying to extract workers out of their pyjamas. Treatments being tested with amazing results. Seems a good entry price to me.
