Maybe somebody is optimistic that the May figures are going to be a nice surprise. Anyway it is nice to see 1 mio being bought.

And one of the buyers didn't hang on too long. Only lost 15p

the 3 little trades showing at at 0830 are buys. Best I can sell for is 55p. Can buy at 58p

JL. I reckon most of those red trades should be blue. Rea spread always greater than 1-2p so those trades just show the slight difference in brokers selling prices. Anyhow I doubt it is now possible buy at under 58p. Those wanting sell might get 55p.

As you well know my broker gives no advice. After the fiasco with Barclays I went for an execution only outfit that didn't charge anything to hold my shares in an ISA and allows me to do any size trade for just £5 . Over here in England and anywhere in Europe.. And I think they are pretty competitive on pricing. Hope we can meet up again before too long.

Have just checked my brokers price ideas and they are buyers at 0.385 and sellers at 0.42

Maybe a broker has suggested to his clients that there are better places to have their money at the moment.

Unfortunately bbr you are spot on with regards to DKL. But remember although a relatively small producer their monthly output of CPO is some 6 times that of PAL. Think we have agreed before that what PAL really needs to do is to buy in addtl ffb. Getting only about 4000mt/month means they will always struggle produce more than 10000mt/year CPO. I have held here for years and continue to do so averaging down regularly. I sometimes wonder why.

rising not falling 5pct. How can an uncrossed trade worth all of £ 5 be seen to be affecting the price on LSE ?

Jl. I doubt the 2000 trade at 52p is a sell. as that is my brokers idea of his selling price. He is a buyer at 49.36

Jl. i don't understand how a piddly trade of just 446 shares at 10.38 can drop the price by 4p. This has set the tone for the rest of the day. Maybe the brokers have a big buy order to fill so have dropped the price to pick up the limit price boys.

this morning. Makes a nice change. My broker quoting 56.73 to sell and he is a buyer at 55.54

Reckon there could be another big sale coming...
