That's two trades this morning but I do wonder why anybody with that size of holding bothers to hold shares. Had hoped for a positive rns on the cashew production ahead of Christmas to give the shares a boost to at least 5p but so far no news. Disappointing.

whether we will see impatient holders selling today at around 5.00 because they were expecting positive news on the cashews ? I think this will come very shortly and have a very positive effect on the share price. Cannot understand any serious selling now.

As of 1400 hours today broker has upped his selling price to 5.30 and is a buyer for close to 5.10
Maybe a happy Christmas is coming our way....

Today broker prepared pay 4.95 but again its tough to buy anything over 5000 unless I give them carte blanche.
Onward and upwards hopefully.

On line broker happy buy 100,000 parcels at 4.85 but unwilling quote to sell more than 100 !

Does anybody know whether shareholders are able get a discount when eating at any of the VARE restaurants ? I have emailed the company a number of times but have yet to receive any reply. Thanks.

As of 1230 today online quotes for 50,000 parcels is 4.925 . Both for buying and selling ....

sells being higher than buys this morning my broker although happy quote buy 20000 at a shade under 38 is unwilling give online quote for more than 1000 shares at 38.75
makes me wonder whether they are trying fulfill a bigger purchase.

Rivaldo, This is a very interesting development. Killik is a first rate investment advisor. Wonder who has sold down their holding ? Aris ?
For me it means that if Killik reckon DKL has potential, and after Agdevco buying into the company, then we are onto a winner. It may take a little more time but no way am I going to sell my holding. This is purely my personal view so dyor.

Yes, its a pity there is a slight delay in the cashew project but as Rivaldo points out it would maybe have been more prudent for DKL to say late second half rather than be so specific. However that should not detract from the really pleasing CPO output and pricing heading into the peak season.
I also believe that some of the 'sells' as judged by LSE are in fact buys e.g the 2x 100,000 trades late yesterday and even perhaps the 3m trade late last week. However doubt this will stop the brokers from reducing their prices in the anticipation of picking up cheap stock from some disgruntled holders. If it drops much I will buy more because the immediate prospects are very positive.

this morning is not very encouraging. Are we being sold down the river ?
I first bought into Zoltav back in 2011 simply because I thought the father would not let the son go tits up. I even bought more in 2014 !
Really unsure as to what to do now.

This trade comes at a strange time. We are expecting positive news on both the cashews and the continuation of strong October cpo prices sometime next week. Should there be any problems/delays to the cashew start -up then I foresee a number of holders will express conspiracy theories/insider knowledge being behind this trade. We will need wait and see but LM can expect some serious questions if bad news is forthcoming.

the late-reported trade from midday on the 4th was really a sale then it had barely any effect on the market price. If on the other hand it was a buy it goes some way to explaining how all the other recent trades have been easily absorbed . Doubt we will get to see any TR-1 submission as DKL shareholders seem able avoid issuing these . Is this because different rules apply to companies registered on AIM or in Cyprus or broker re-balancing is not applicable ???

What concerns me is that there are now four thousand million shares out there, we don't want to get diluted out of business.
