I don't think the numbers are as bad as they appear.
Okay CPO production in June was only some 1200mt and sales around 1430mt and this means that first half 2022 income is down about E 3 m compared to 2021 slightly offset by E 0.8 addtl PKO income.
With first half production and sales roughly equivalent what we don't see is that we started the year with close to 2000mt CPO in stock and I reckon DKL has nearly as much still available for sale. This is approx E 2m at current prices. I may be completely wrong on this but it is certainly a point that should be raised on the 26th at the AGM. Bit strange that Lincoln not mentioning current stocks in the RNS.
reluctantly bailed our after being in MATD since Sept 2014 and buying more in 2017 and 2019. Just don't see there will be any significant progress for some time. Now watch the price shoot up....gla
at 0830 this morning I could buy at 3.30 and sell at 3.31 ! at 0930 its 3.2 to buy and 3.09 to sell, a 10pct fall in just an hour in the face of a tiny sale
jk. Depends on whether trains are working. It's really early for CAT to get to London but I hope to make it along with FK1. Maybe some sample cashews ?
this week has seen my broker reducing his selling price. Monday it was 3.56 and now, despite the pretty good RNS this morning, I can buy sub 3.40. I get the feeling there has been a large sale yet to be reported.
the MM's are short of stock. Yesterday I could buy 100,000 at 3.39 but could not get an automatic offer to sell even 1000 shares. At midday today I can sell 100,000 at 3.51 but cannot get an offer to buy 1000 ! Crazy...
This is getting very painful. Early March saw the price over 6p and it has now collapsed. We really do need positive news in June otherwise I can see some LT holders getting out even if it means swallowing a big loss.
NicetoM In overall profit....you lucky man i did okay early 2017 buying at around 15p and selling for 85p early the next year but since then even averaging down I need 80p to break even, so I suspect its a long wait for me....
Ragnar. I completely agree. I meant a delisting with a take out price of £5. There would be nothing we could do as she has over 51pct. Nice to be sitting on over $ 200 million in cash....
Ragnar-Malik Maybe Mrs Lim will simply buy the remaining shares for £ 5 each. There is nothing we can do to stop her. It has happened to a couple of my past shareholdings namely Fortune Oil and more recently Zoltav Resources. I am not saying this is likely to happen here but when you have a controlling shareholder all us small private investors have very little power to change the mentality. I should add that I bought into AEP back in 2019 and have added more a couple of times most recently in March of this year, and will continue to hold.
