purchase in the whole of August. Somebody decided spend £40 otherwise a sea of red. Think the management needs do just a little more to get this company into the public domain.
The last few days have seen small trades at gradually increasing prices. The July nav was close to 15p so your idea of 17p by November is not too far off. Wish we could reduce the spread on pricing as feel it deters new buyers. One to hold, at least for me.
Thanks yours. Must admit I only heard of ALM following the publication of Woodfords recent stocklist. Liked what I saw and bought in. If your definition of 'small holders' is someone selling 6 million shares in one afternoon at 20p below the market then you are a far bigger player than me !!! Good luck n rgds
Sorry delayed response. I am here because I think this share is one to watch. I don't profess to understand half the activities of their various investments but the recent buying has seen the share price rise appreciably since I bought in and I intend to continue holding. Aside from the end August bout of selling most trades have been fairly small and have helped the price rise to continue. You know who the sellers were ? Rgds
most of those shown as sales are buys. Anything over 9.50 is a buy not a sell. Appreciate most regulars know this but for the newcomer the LSE tabulation needs be interpreted correctly. Rgds
I reckon so far today anything over 9.5 is a purchase not a sale as my broker quoting 9.42 to 9.50 for trades. They are often shown incorrectly Today the 154000 purchase at a rather high price shown as a buy is not showing up in the volume bought/sold column. Iignore how the trade is headed and just look at the price. Rgds
What's happening. As of yesterday I calculated the value of abbvies offer at £ 52.86 Now I know many investors prefer not to wait for the takeover but such a discrepancy in the price is beyond me. What has caused the £ 1.60 fall so far today ?
