I agree, he is very specialist in this area , yes we are all frustrated... but we must remember he has been consistent with his responses... strategy is the same TICK, no plans to delist TICK , invested alot of money TICK , 60 percent ownership TICK...

It will come good IMO ... no news is good news ...but good news is around the corner...

I've spoken to aquis ,,, and they do have a hard rule of 6 months ... if forbes can promise that accounts Will definitely be done in another couple of weeks then they might allow it ... but only a couple of weeks

I understand the nervousness of shareholders about relisting but I can confirm Forbes has (a) no intention of delisting, and (b) the Exchange has not indicated that it intends to delist us.  If either event were to be a prospect we would notify the market.

 

We realise the vacuum of information is unhelpful but the board are continuing to work flat out, and we will update the market as soon as we are able to.  The focus is on creating shareholder value and whilst we recognise near-term frustrations regarding the suspension and new vacuum, we remain committed to delivering on our commitments to shareholders.
