I totally agree, ME Funding need the staff to issue the money to the law firms...why recruit with no money to lend ... why announce on the 17th when binding commitments would have been done the new job of treasury manager

Other brokers still have it showing ...just spoke to aquis and its still suspended...so just HL issues again ...its happened before

Exactly won't be paying for all these people to sit around ...and not have the cash to issue to the law firms ....plus the treasury manager role is still available...and from the in house recruiter she seems to think the staff levels will increase...they are willing to waiting for the right treasury manager as usual 3 months notice

New year willth big gains ... binding commitments done ....next step listing .... would have been communicated by now of it wasn't happening....im still standing by both securitisations done and relist on the 15th January....with a 8am share price of minimum 15p .....but IMO 22p as oing as the Business update is amazing with imminent securitisations

Seems to me they were supposed to put " on or around for the 31st December and not 17th December...going by how the RNS is present led

Well they said binding commitment by the 17th ... didn't mention signed ....

Guys ..no need to be disappointed....the date you need to look forward to is the 31st December and not 17th as mentioned in RNS ...forget 17th December

I read it that way too ... no RNS for Binding as they expect binding done by 17th,,, if still binding hadn't been done they would have told us by now....as doesn't take them a week to working out they won't get binding and listing done in less time ...

Very important from a legal point that if they say they have commitment then they would have evidence of this ...

A systems go ... RC has always said if something material had change he would rns it

IMO all is going well
.. no news is good news ...and they would have told is by now
