It has be listed by 31st ,,, this means they will RNS when it is listed so will be before or on the 31st

Rns is legally binding ..if they have lied they would be in massive trouble

He posted the treasurey manager job after the 17th was hit ,,,, 17th was the date for binding commitments....but he doesn't need to tell us binding commitments have happened... so still all good .... plus if they didn't get binding commitments they would of updated the market to say its all off even before the 17th

Exactly...IMO it will be done this week ... as Malta is closed on the 31st ..so only have 2 days next week

If the binding had not happened then he would have updated us as its a material impact on the company... so looks like everything is going well

Last RNS stated binding commitments not later than the 17th December...should they RNS that binding commitments have happened? Or not because they have said when they will receive them by ??

Not long now I see it as 4 days either side ... even upto the 14th he was supper positive...and still posting today

Unfortunately no company will give a concrete date , as if they didn't hit that date there would be legal issues

I don't think they will let it run ti come between Christmas and new year...just because of holidays
