Wessexvoice, as soon as a placing is announced, the markets very quickly react and adjust the share price accordingly. I don't believe there will be any effect from the issue of either tranche UNLESS an unscrupulous trader decides to dump. II's only tend to do that when they run out of patience or cash. Big PI's do it all the time - but they're not involved in the placing as far as I know.

Well Wally, that's what they should have issued much earlier. Very poor - trust RNS's, not rumour.

Can you imagine the scramble tomorrow if all those who sold ORPH today to buy ODX don't get their ODX RNS in the morning, but ORPH does issue one.

I must admit it seems strange/poor that there has been a 60% rise at ODX and the BoD haven't felt the need to update the market with an RNS.
