Surely it's not that Imutex will be NASDAQ listed, it will be merged with a NASDAQ listed cash rich company, and the merger will then fund the further necessary development?

I never thought I'd resent a bank holiday.
Quotient's COO suggested Scotland should have 2.
Swaplebar, that is what I would hope for, but Open Orphan's tweet suggests otherwise.

Slicevolley, are you saying Quotient's Scottish lab can't do the testing for Scotland?
Fairview, in my opinion they are not relevant questions. You are just trying to disrupt again.
Hopefully on Tuesday we'll have an RNS clarifying the Quotient situation regarding UK exclusivity (what does it cover), and get some pricing details.
As an investor who will not be trading I would like these questions answered. Asking them here will not affect the share price moniman.
Tom, that's a presentation from April. Things have moved on.
Moniman, go away.
Trader_3, I mentioned the tweet. Quotient have clearly been discussing prices directly with the Scottish government to supply machines, IF the article is to be believed. It states their COO said:
"This team would be so proud if our product was used in Scotland to help with the Covid-19 response. I have relatives working in the NHS in Edinburgh and I’d love for it to be used here. But if other people want to buy from us, we need to help them too.
"We have 12 of these instruments available at the moment and we’re in discussions with labs in France, Spain and in the US. We’ve already sold to a private lab in London."
“I’d describe it as a scarce resource so we need people to move relatively quickly if they want to adopt this technology.
“We’ve performed our first level of evaluation with the Scottish Government. The initial verbal report back was that they thought it was a very good product.
“We recognise that everybody is busy and this is an unprecedented crisis – we’re keen not to put extra pressure on people. All I can say is that we’re here and want to help.”
The firm estimated that two machines could test everyone in Scotland within a year and can be installed within five days.
“We have another 20 on order but it’ll be four months before we have them.”
“We want to be in a range that isn’t taking advantage of the situation. We’re planning to be competitive with the price.”
Indeed cottoner, but what about Open Orphan having exclusivity in the UK? There's no mention of our machine in London doing the tests, but 2 new ones in Scotland with no mention of Open Orphan or hVIVO operating them. In fact no mention of Open Orphan or hVIVO at all.
Isn't this article worded as though Quotient would be supplying a machine for use in Scotland, in a deal between Quotient and the Scottish government?
Perhaps that explains Open Orphan's tweet - a reminder that we have exclusivity of supply in the UK?
3Rivers, the only one I'm in is ORPH.
Trek, personally I've never used bed & ISA. I prefer to sell and buy back when I choose rather than when my broker chooses.
I failed the questionnaire last week Northseatiger! I don't know why.
Well done SAS. Difficult times in O&G shares.
For the last couple of weeks institutional investors will have been given the opportunity to subscribe for placing shares. CF said a couple of weeks ago that if he were to raise funds shareholders would get the opportunity via Primary Bid, as a rights issue would take too long. I tried to open an account with Primary Bid, but couldn't. A lot of investors will have taken the obvious hint.
I think CF has done everything he could to help shareholders, and more. He won't have diluted the share price unless he knew it would add considerable value. Don't forget, he's the biggest shareholder, and he won't have been able to participate in the placing in these circumstances.
Nonegs, that's how it is with placings. We just have to bite the bullet or get in if we can. Sometimes placings add value, and this will be one of those.
Very good post ten-bagger. Nail on the head.
