Last trade was a buy at 0.129p. I bought a couple of million at 0.1299 only last October, so the recovery is nicely on track already. Back over 0.15 in no time ; )

I'm sure Egdon will put in a new application by 28th April - hopefully taking on board the criticisms of the inspector and the council's hydrogeologist: Have a plan for better positioned and deeper monitoring boreholes. Undertake an adequate ground survey. Find out the limitations of the GCL covering from the manufacturers and use appropriate depth and type of surface aggregates. Anything else they can think of that the inspector or council's hydrogeologist has suggested appropriate. Surely if they do these things the council can't oppose it. If the council do oppose it, they will be contradicting their own expert and the inspector.

Good point biglad. The ground survey report, although not compulsory, should have been done. Everything should be belt and braces, and it wasn't. Egdon need to learn from this, and get their act together next time in my opinion. Hopefully they will get on pronto with Biscathorpe, or hopefully DB will think about Union Jack taking over as operator. We have a team who want to get on with things and do them properly. It looks like there's a shed load of oil down there, and the country needs it, so let's get it out!

Kingben, I believe the following: Biscathorpe will have to be started by 30th June to comply with the licence. It is a different Lincolnshire Council. Permission is already in place to drill and flow test. All other permits are in place. I believe once the Wressle decision is announced, whichever way it goes, there will be an announcement for Biscathorpe to progress. It has massive potential, and there will be considerable interest in it. I hope UJO will up it's current 12%, maybe double it.
